The listing does not do this home justice. It is spacious, clean, and has a nice layout perfect for groups. The location is perfect - you are close to the best of HHI. There was an issue with the wifi when we checked in (not the owner's fault), and they proactively provided a hotspot so that we had internet access while the issue was being resolved with the local internet carrier. This type of service is what makes a stay exceptional despite a small hiccup. And again, I have to mention how clean the home was. I am the type of person who shows up to a short-term rental with Lysol, gloves, and cleaning wipes - I had zero use for the supplies.

Clean and beautiful home!

This was such a wonderful home and location! The house was spacious enough for our large group. Ample bedroom and bathroom space! The home was spotless and the property manager was wonderful to work with. The neighborhood/community is nice and quiet with beaches and other popular spots within quick walking or biking distance! I plan on staying at 10 St. John's Place again in the future!

Perfect Spot

We had an incredible stay in Hilton Head. This 4BR retreat has everything you want in a vacation home and more. Every morning started with peaceful views, sometimes with coffee in the hot tub. The backyard is a private oasis.__The morning I was leaving, a huge majestic hawk perched on the porch outside my window. __The house was spotless and comfortable. The instructions for everything are clearly explained. The Kitchen is fully stocked and every detail was considered. __If you are traveling with family or have a group retreat, this is an excellent choice. __I will be staying again.

Great place

We loved this property! Well appointed, great location, very clean. The only downside is having multiple cars in the narrow parking lot, but we figured it out. Overall, loved the house and will rent it again!

Great atay

The house was just wonderful. The backyard was a vacation in itself. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Only complaint is it might be time for a new mattress in the master bedroom as it sunk down a little in the center. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house in a great location!

We loved having a house with a pool for our family vacation. 10 St. John’s was centrally located in Shipyard near beach, restaurants, golf & activities. The pool umbrella was ideal during the heat of the day.

Hilton Head Family Vacation

Property met expectations with a couple of exceptions: pool was not cleaned, entrance gate to pool was broken, golf balls hitting property more than advertised.

Hi Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We do wish you had reached out during your stay as we take safety very seriously. Upon check out inspection, it was noticed the gate latch needed to be adjusted which was a 3 minute fix to the plate. The pool is maintained twice a week by a pool company so we're unclear how the pool was "not cleaned", we're very clear in the listing that this property is adjacent to the driving range. We're so happy you enjoyed your stay! Sincerely, iTrip Hilton Head
