Notre maison peut accueillir toute votre famille et est entiÚrement meublée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour rendre votre séjour agréable.

Nous avons 3275 pieds carrés d'espace décoré professionnellement avec 2 Master Suites avec ensuites, 6 chambres au total et 5 salles de bain complÚtes.

Notre cuisine est entiÚrement meublée pour que vous choisissiez quand manger et quand manger.

Le salon spacieux est un endroit idĂ©al pour se rĂ©unir et regarder un film prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©. De mĂȘme, nos chambres sont Ă©quipĂ©es de leur propre tĂ©lĂ©vision afin que chacun puisse avoir son propre espace en cas de besoin.

La cour arriÚre entiÚrement clÎturée a votre propre piscine privée, bain à remous, barbecue et exposition sud ensoleillée. Des ordinateurs portables et des accessoires de puériculture sont disponibles à la location tout au long de votre séjour.

Home away from home - exceptional

We’ve just returned from our second stay at this villa, and once again it was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations — the villa is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it a true home away from home. Devon genuinely cares about creating a special experience for her guests. Every aspect of the stay was seamless, from booking through to departure, and the communication was excellent throughout. Having now stayed twice, we can confidently say this is one of the best places we’ve ever visited. It offers relaxation and luxury and we will be booking again for next year Highly recommended — a truly exceptional stay- thanks again Devon !!

Our pool was professionally cleaned before your arrival, and our pool service returned the morning after your late-night check-in to clear light pollen that had settled overnight after rain, which is completely routine in Florida. We have both pre-arrival walkthrough video and post-service photo documentation confirming the pool was clean and clear throughout your stay, and this evidence has been shared with VRBO. We reached out directly during your stay and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered a refund for remaining nights so your group could find a better fit elsewhere. That offer was not taken up, all communication from your group ceased, and your group remained at the property through to and beyond the agreed checkout time. Not every home is the right fit for every guest, and this appears to have been one of those cases.

Amazing Stay

Our family have recently stayed in Solterra Beach Villa and have had an amazing stay, we were very sad to leave. The villa was absolutely stunning with everything you could possibly need and exceeded our expectations. The pool and hot tub was lovely to relax in after long days at the parks. The villa is perfectly located to be able to explore all parks and surrounding areas and is in a gated community so we always felt very safe. Solterra resort has a lovely clubhouse with a resort pool, lazy river and other amenities. I was very nervous about booking our first villa but the owner made the process very straight forward and communication was excellent, keeping us updated at every stage. We would not hesitate to book again.

We had such a great time at this house! It’s super spacious, with plenty of spots to kick back and relax—plus TVs in multiple areas, so no fighting over the remote. The pool was a huge bonus and perfect for cooling off and hanging out. We especially loved the big dining table—it was great for meals, games, and just spending time together as a family. The whole place felt comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay at Solterra Beach Villa

This villa was perfect and exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It has everything we needed and more for a perfect stay. The Solterra resort is clean and safe, quiet neighbours around the villa and within 5/10 mins of lots of restaurants & shops. An easy drive to Disney, about 20 mins. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Solterra Beach resort again in the future and would be my first choice.

Our stay in Solterra Beach Villa

Solterra Beach Villa was everything we hoped for and more. Our extended family of eight (grandparents, parents, and grandchildren) found it perfectly suited to our three generations. The villa offered ample space for everyone, with plenty of quiet corners to retreat to when needed. The owner was exceptionally friendly and responsive throughout from confirming the villa was right for us, to assisting with the booking, arrival, and even the checkout process. Great Property

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and spacious, and the pool and pool area was amazing - the kids spent a ton of time in the pool. The community pool was also very nice. I would highly recommend this property!

This property is perfect! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and perfectly suited for large groups or families. It is a short and easy drive from all of the attractions and located in a great community. It is everything you could ask for in a vacation rental!

Great stay near Disney

Only 20 minutes to Disney even with the traffic. Beautiful, big house and conveniently right near the resort amenities as well. Gated community definitely has some rules to follow, but we didn't have any issues once we were familiar with parking, etc.

Spacious and comfortable

Very spacious for 3 families to split, while all adults had a very nice and private room. Beds were super comfortable, furnishings were all very nice, kitchen had anything we needed. Pool and hot tub were also nice for evenings dips for the kids.
