Dogs up to 20 pounds are allowed with a daily fee of $15. In case of denying the presence of a dog at the time of booking, we will increase the daily fee to $50 or removal of the property will the penalty.
Dogs are not allowed in the upper floor and beds.
Emotional support dogs are not considered service dogs.
***Cats are not allowed in the house due to severe allergy problems. In case of rule breaking, you'll be asked to leave the property with no refund and a fee of $500 will be charged for cleaning.

We had an absolutely perfect stay. The home was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed. The location was perfect for visiting Disney and still only a short drive to Universal. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property.

The kitchen was loaded with pots, pans, appliances that you would need. The dishwasher gave us issues and was not able to use but the house was amazing with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool was great once we paid for it to be heated. You need to notify them ahead of time as we paid for 2 days that we didn't get to use it as it was too cold for us. Once it was heated, we never got out. Overall experience was amazing. I would highly recommend.

The host was amazing. There were some small hiccups along the way (like a FEW of the dishes were not cleaned; the pool never got warm, etc.). The house accommodated my family of 7 easily. We had a great time at the property and made some great memories! I would definitely rent from this host again and would even stay at the property again. It is close to Disney (distance wise); however, it took about 45 minutes to get to Disney. Overall, everything was great.

Lots of space, comfortable home!

We had a wonderful stay. Any unexpected issues were resolved quickly. Beds were super comfortable, everyone in our party had a space to call their own. Pool area was great. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

We arrived and it was easy check in everything was prepared for arrival. The house is beautiful very clean. Pool is beautiful. My kids loved it. They truly made it a great experience. We totally recommend you will not go wrong. We will return back to them once again.

Fernando....Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We enjoyed our and stay. The house was thoughtfully put together and very comfortable. I especially appreciate how easy it was to reach our host. My only suggestion would be better quality linens.

Just as advertised

Let me start off by saying the house was beautiful! It was exactly as it said online except better. It had five beautiful bedrooms, one was a huge master bedroom. There were five beautiful bathrooms. The living area was huge and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and it had all the appliances you could think of. The amenities were as advertised. There was foosball, PlayStation 5 and pool. The host was great. He quickly responded to any concerns that I had. Well worth the price and hope to stay again

Last minute booking

This was a very last minute booking as our other reservation canceled with no explanation. The home owners are very responsive, everything was clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there. Champions Gate is a beautiful neighborhood. The neighbors were very loud at night and into the early parts of the morning. Almost seemed like they were in our pool. But that is no fault of the owner. Would definitely book from them again.

Perfect location!

Let me start by saying Fernando is the perfect host! He let us know beforehand that their was an issue with the house before we got there and was fixed. He had our gate pass sent to us so we didn’t have to check-in. And he also let know about sightings of a bear and cub that were spotted in the area. About the house, gorgeous! Spacious, comfortable beds, lovely second living room upstairs. The pool outside is bigger than our previous house in that area we had stayed at. Location to the main pool was perfect. Will definitely be staying there again. Thank you Fernando

Comfortable stay

The property was clean and of an amazing layout. We had some issues with washer and dishwasher and the property manager dispatched a repairman rather quickly. The beds are comfortable, the linens and towels were in sufficient quantities and we appreciated the quality of the towels. We chose to have the pool heated and it was very well controlled. We asked for the BBQ to be available. We had missed that there was a $5 per day. While the area is super well maintained, be ready to be super close to the neighbours and it is not always for the best. Some of the guests that came and went were loud and did not respect the rules. Overall a great host, a nice stay.
