Welcome to Legends Lookout! A mountain view retreat! Conveniently located in Chalet Village, only 2 miles from town, 1 mile from Ober Ski and 5 minutes from the Park entrance. This charming 2-bedroom cabin sleeps 8 with 2 King bedrooms, a twin over full bunk bed and additional twin bed pull out. Other features include 2.5 baths, Jacuzzi tubs, a hot tub, gas grill, WIFI, Smart TVs, Gas fireplaces, a 3 level deck and beautiful views. Perfect for a serene getaway! Book your stay now! The space: Cabin sleeps up to 8 guests maximum. Cabin has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Pools available in season, workout facility and game room at the clubhouses! Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin. Other things to note - Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher and laundry detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. Connecting to the wi-fi will give you full phone access. - No RV or Trailer parking - Exerior Cameras on property - Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase. -This property is part of the Chalet Village Community and has access to their community pools. Please Note: - Pools are officially open Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. - Pool Hours are 9 am to 9 pm daily for all pools that are scheduled to be open. - South Baden Pool and Facilities are closed on Tuesdays. It is located at 1319 South Baden Drive. The South Baden Clubhouse is wheelchair accessible. - North Pool hours are 9:00am – 9:00pm. It is closed on Wednesdays. It is located on the corner of Wiley Oakley and Village Loop. You may check this for the exact location, 705 Village Loop Road. - Alpine Pool is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. - All passes must be returned before check out. Legends Lookout Cabin was wonderful with exceptional mountain views, bear sightings, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and private baths. The hot tub and fireplaces are an extra added bonus. It is located conveniently minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I will definitely plan to book again for my next TN trip.

Our stay was amazing! We wished we had booked an additional day or two so we could really take in the sights of The Smokey Mountains. We went into town one day and stayed in, played games, relaxed in the jacuzzi, and made some delicious meals.My daughter and I heard the bear just below the cabin late one night while we were enjoying the jacuzzi.We want to come back and hike The Smokey Mountains.

Being from Austin, TX, we fell in love with Tennessee and the Smoky Mountains quickly. We love the outdoors and we especially love being able to enjoy a great cup of coffee with an incredible view. Texas is pretty much the complete opposite of Eastern Tennessee in terms of landscape. Being able to enjoy a different landscape and the #1 visited National Park in the US makes us keep coming back. We have taken special care with Legends Lookout to create a warm, inviting and cozy space for all to enjoy. We love hosting guests from all over the country and beyond and feel grateful to be able to share our favorite place.

Chalet Village in Gatlinburg is a special community. Located minutes from both the entrance of the Smoky Mountain National Park and downtown Gatlinburg, you have a pretty epic location. We love being able to drive down the mountain to grab dinner or head a few minutes down to get into the park. The views from Legends Lookout are priceless!

When we decided to update this cabin we wanted to not just show off the views (which are spectacular), but to also highlight so many important people in the Tennessee music scene. Of course Dolly is the Queen of the area, but we also wanted to shout out other influencial musicians with TN roots and connections. We are always adding special pieces throughout (looking for a vintage Aretha poster as we speak) and hope to do the culture of TN music justice. Whether you are a music lover, mountain lover, or just need to get away, our goal is to make you feel at home.
