The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc. however some nuisance may be expected.

No pets are allowed on beds and sofas. Must sign a pet agreement and pay a pet fee.

Minimum Stay Requirement: In accordance with Schaffer’s Mill community regulations, single-family homes must be booked for a minimum of 6 nights/7 days.

Parking (7 spaces): 3 in the garage, 4 in the driveway.

Club amenities are included for registered guests only. No access will be given to anyone not registered at the time of booking. If you need to add guests after booking, please let us know and an additional fee will be added at $25 per adult (per day).
