Luxueux 4 chambres, 3. 5 bains, 3 niveaux de ponts, terrasse sur le toit, avec vue sur l'océan et la plage pour votre séjour mémorable à Dewey Beach! Faut voir les photos. Cuisine gastronomique en acier inoxydable et granit avec grand îlot central. Détendez-vous sur 3 ponts autour des ponts près de la cour paysagée. Douche extérieure. Gril. Parking pour un total de jusqu'à 5 voitures: 2-3 voitures sur l'allée en plus de 2 permis de stationnement dans la rue pour un total de 5 voitures. Stationnement payant hebdomadaire / quotidien en option disponible à la vente à la mairie. Linge frais fourni. Apportez vos propres serviettes. 2 pâtés de maisons de restaurants et de divertissements.
Il y a 3 étages:
- rez-de-chaussée: Le hall d'entrée s'ouvre sur la chambre avec lits superposés (BR4) qui relie par un couloir (avec salle de bain complète et placard de buanderie) à la chambre arrière (BR3) qui a une porte coulissante en verre sur le pont au niveau du sol. Veuillez noter que pour vous rendre au BR3, vous devez traverser la chambre avec lits superposés ou depuis le pont extérieur par la porte coulissante en verre.
- 2e étage: Séjour avec cuisine et salle d'eau et coin terrasse.
- 3ème étage: Chambre 1 et Chambre 2 chacune avec salle de bain en suite. Chaque chambre a une porte coulissante en verre vers le pont du 3ème niveau avec un escalier en colimaçon vers le pont sur le toit.
- Il y a aussi une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et le placard et la grille de la chaise de plage à l'arrière.

We had an excellent stay! Great location, practically on the beach. Well equipped with kids sleeping and dining needs. Walkable to really nice area with great food and drink places. Checking in using the lockbox was easy, no problems with Wi-Fi access. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues.Our family loved this house!

This beach house was so convenient to the beach, restaurants, and Rehoboth Beach riding theJolly Trolley. Amir was very accessible before and during our trip, answering questions and providing great house info for our stay. Parking for 3 cars was sufficient; we didn't need to use the provided parking passes. Lots of room inside for our family of 7 to spread out and relax.

Great home with easy access to the beach. Lots of room in the house and great decks. Roof top deck with awesome ocean view! Host was very responsive to a few of our needs! I’ll definitely book again!

Labor Day Weekend Stay

We booked last minute, and are glad we did. The property was great, and Amir was awesome to deal with - very clear directions for everything. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed, and we really enjoyed the large kitchen island. Great place to gather after a day in the beach. Will definitely look to book again next year.

Family vacation in Dewey Beach

We enjoyed our vacation near the ocean. This beautiful three-story house is practically on the sand. Very spacious and clean. The owner is very polite and easy to communicate with. There are many restaurants nearby can be reached on foot with children. Also we enjoyed having dinner on the roof watching subset. It was one of our best beach vacations! We would like to go back there again!

Great location! Loved everything except the beds are really hard.. take a mattress cover for the beds. Also bring pot holders & dish towels. Also would bring xtra blankets. Other than that.. can’t complain a bit!! It’s beautiful & so close to beach & restaurants , every easy check in & check out! Very clean upon arrival! Parking was really good!

Superb beach location!

Wonderful home to spend time at beach with family . Owner Amir very responsive and accommodating.. Very impressed with how clean unit was when we arrived. Home well equipped with small appliances and cookware. Furniture was nice. Ample space for 10 people to eat together and enjoy game nite and movie nite. Great parking. It was obvious that Amir wanted us to have a great week You won’t be disappointed!!

Close to the beach

Overall it is a fine place to stay but the layout isn’t functional for gathering. There is no dining table and the island seats only 4. It is so nice to be so close to the beach but we couldn’t enjoy eating outside because there again was not a large table outside. Amir is responsive and pleasant to deal with. We appreciated the beach chairs.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the house falling short of your expectations. Just a correction that there are SIX chairs around the big island as can be seen on the property site pictures and there is an additional table with 4 chairs which is pushed to the side. Most of our 5-star reviewed guests loved gathering around the island.

Cousin time, sister time, family time

We just got back for our 1 week stay at this house. There were 9 of us, 13-50 years old. The house is super co nvienent to walk to the beach, beds and rooms are comfortable and the decks, esp the roof top, are all really nice. For our group, the adults(3) had the top floor and all the young people(6) had the first floor (common area is the middle floor). This worked well for us, but if you have younger children, under 12ish, I do not think it is a good house for you. Amir is very kind and communicative leading up to our stay and check in was easy. Our biggest issue was with the common area set up. There was not a good pace for the 9 of us to hang out and/or eat together which we remedied with a quick rearrangment of furniture to make it more comfortable for for us (we put everything back as it was when we left). It was a lovely week in Dewey for our crew! TY!

Columbus Day Tradition

We have been coming to Dewey for over thirty years. We always come for Columbus Day weekend. Our friends own a house nearby. Since our group has gotten bigger over the years, I decided to look for an additional place for my family to stay. When I saw the pictures and location for this property I knew that it would be perfect for us. It was everything that it said it was. And the host was very accommodating and always quick to respond. He was such a joy to communicate with. We will definitely be recommending this property and hope to return to it again in the near future.

Gorgeous beach views

Excellent stay - exactly as described with a smooth arrival and departure process. Plenty of room for our party of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids range 5-8 years old). I’d say for little kids (3 and under) this house might not be ideal as the kids bunk room is in the basement and the stairs might be an issue for little ones. For us, our kids were able to come and go from the beach with ease and the adults had too much fun. Great neighbors and walkable to restaurants/bars. Would stay again!!!

Great Place and Location!

We had a wonderful time and the place was perfect. Close to beach, walking distance to everything, lovely roof top deck, ample bedrooms and bathrooms and good parking. Kitchen was great - beautiful island and lots of counter/prep space. All in all, we had a great time and the place was perfect! Would love to stay again.

Family fun.

Large kitchen island was great for board games and puzzles as well as meal prep and eating. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. Three generations had a great time in this house adjacent to beach access.

Excellent location

The location is great for the beach, and local restaurants are in walking distance. My granddaughters walked to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. The furniture is comfortable, and the beds are very firm. The house is clean , but there was a problem with ants in the kitchen. The owner was responsive and easy to reach. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend staying at this property.
