BAIE AVANT SUR BROADKILL BEACH!

Belle nouvelle maison de construction située devant la baie à Broadkill Beach est prête pour vos vacances! Conçue avec soin pour profiter de la vue sur l’eau, cette maison dispose d’un grand salon ouvert avec salle à manger adjacente et cuisine gastronomique située au dernier étage de la propriété. Cet étage a également une grande terrasse pour profiter du soleil.

Avec quatre chambres et trois salles de bain complètes, cette maison peut accueillir confortablement 10. La chambre principale, au 2ème étage, a un lit King et une salle de bain privée. Deux chambres supplémentaires sont situées à cet étage. L'une a un lit Queen alors que l'autre a un lit double et un lit double avec un lit gigogne double dessous - parfait pour les enfants! L'étage supérieur a une grande chambre avec un lit Queen et une salle de bain complète.

Broadkill Beach est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances détendues avec un accès merveilleux à la plage pour la baignade, le kayak, la pêche et les bains de soleil. Le Broadkill Store, situé juste en bas de la rue, propose des sandwichs, des viennoiseries et des milk-shakes alléchants!

Le propriétaire laisse des chaises de plage et des jouets de sable pour votre usage. Il y aura également deux vélos pour adultes (apportez vos propres casques) et un kayak pour deux personnes que vous pourrez utiliser à vos propres risques.

Réservez votre location de vacances maintenant dans cette belle nouvelle maison. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Location du vendredi au vendredi. Trois nuits minimum autorisées en basse saison.

The property was very clean and well appointed. A short walk to the beach on Delaware Bay. The beaches at Lewes and Henlopen State Park are nicer, have lifeguards, but are a 20 minute drive away. The host was very clear on the checkout requirements, but communication frequency was a little much.

beach days

Property was clean and comfortable. Had everything needed in kitchen for meals plus a large table for a big family. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and quite a few decks for enjoying the water views and stars at night. Nice private beach to spend lazy days on away from the crowds. Close to the town of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach if you wanted to head out for restaurants and shopping.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at 504 Bayshore. It was perfectly situated viewing the bay and driving distance to a national wildwife refuge to go fishing, hiking and boating at. The location was perfect as you could easily walk right to the beach. The house was squeaky clean and well maintained. It had beach toys for the kids, a kayak, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. for the beach. The property manager was responsive to our needs in a timely fashion. Definitely a great pick for our vacation!

Amazing!

My family enjoyed this property soooo much! The house is even better than the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and the views were to die for. The location to the beach is unbeatable. And the beach itself was great as well - not overly crowded and plenty of room for fun! I couldn't recommend this place enough. The only thing I would change is next time, we are going to stay longer! We were so sad to leave. We are already to book this house again for our vacation in 2021!

Two family stay

We enjoyed our vacation! The house was exceptionally clean! Two families with five kids and had a great time. Easy path to the beach. Owners left access to chairs and beach toys for guests! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of extras in the pantry for cooking, making frozen drinks, or whatever you would need. Great kids area with toys and family games! Bring bug spray for flies on the beach. Will come back here again to this beautiful home!

Beautiful home, great views

This was our first trip to the beach in winter, but probably not the last. This home is very convenient to the beach, beautiful new construction and obviously lovingly furnished and cared for. The kitchen is very well appointed and does have empty cupboard space for guests to store groceries and cleaning products. The owners are extremely particular about house rules, which is understanding given the new construction, but it does make one a bit nervous to be there.

Beautiful View

We were looking for a place to stay for my birthday weekend and wanted a house a short walk to the beach because we were with a 3 month old and a 2 year old. I was a bit worried about the first review saying there was construction going on so I asked the property manager and she said that it was probably already done. It wasn’t, but it’s a good thing that it was a weekend so no construction was going on. It was a bit pricey and we were only 5 adults and 2 babies, but it was the only one I found that was beach front. I am glad I booked though!! Lovely house! Very clean. Nice decorations and furniture. There are rules though…no shoes in the house and there are no amenities. Bring your own sheets and hand soap, etc. There is a house infront of it, but it does not block the view out of the balcony or the living room. I would have appreciated some curtains though, if we did want some privacy, but there are none. It’s completely open. I love how they have “leave a book, and you can take a book…” That was such a nice touch. All in all, we had great weather and awesome family time! I hope to be back someday! and next time I will bring a book, so I can take a book!

Misleading Beach Views

The house is great, but the listing was really quite misleading. The photos from the deck are all carefully framed so that you can’t tell there is a house being built directly between this property and the beach. The view is largely cut into, and the construction was ongoing, making noise even on the weekend. I don’t usually leave reviews, but we would not have stayed here if actually knew about the construction. That seemed pretty shady.

Yes. Unfortunately, the owners of the lot on the left of the house have decided to build. It was always the owner's intention to take advantage of the unobstructed views from the right side of the property.
