Nouveaux propriétaires 2018. Nouvelle cuisine avec granite, nouveaux sols dans la salle familiale et salle de bonus pour l'été 2018 Charmant chalet d'escapade de montagne avec 1500sq. pi d'espace de vie pour l'amusement d'été dans le soleil ou les vacances de ski d'hiver! CENTRAL AC à l'étage principal. Trois chambres plus une salle de bonus (salle familiale), salon, cuisine complète, salle à manger, 2 salles de bain complètes, laveuse et sécheuse. Au chalet, asseyez-vous et détendez-vous sur le pont ensoleillé et surdimensionné après une journée de plein air. Faites de la randonnée ou du vélo sur les différents sentiers de White Mountain ou aventurez-vous sur le mont. Washington Scenic Roadway pour des vues spectaculaires. Un court trajet en voiture à North Conway pour les magasins d'usine et les restaurants. En été, vous pourrez passer la journée à profiter des installations du Linderhof Country Club en jouant au golf, au tennis ou au soleil au bord de la piscine moyennant un petit supplément. Chalet peut accueillir 10 confortablement.

Perfect amount of space for our mixed families! We did bring a gate for the top.of the stairs, but the house was equipped with everything else! We would definitely book again!

We loved the openness of the great room (living, dining, kitchen) for visiting while prepping meals and eating. The back bonus room was nice and cozy, perfect place for a nightcap.

We arrived for check in and there were other people’s items all over the place. One to find out the cleaning crew was staying there and didn’t know we were checking in but said the unit was cleaned. It wasn’t clean. They had clothing and personal items throughout the unit and we had to wait for them to come back and pick up their belongings 1 1/2 hrs later. Not sure if the owner knew they stay in empty units. We had a concern with the stone fireplace. The beam below are cracked and the center of the stones were sinking and we rolled a ball on the floor and it would always stop at the same low spot next to the fireplace. Definitely not good. We moved out of that bedroom below the fireplace because we were very concerned. We were freaking out between the confusion of other peoples items and the fireplace. Overall, the unit is well laid out for a group to enjoy plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. Will not rent this unit again!!

I am incredibly sorry for the unacceptable experience you had upon your arrival. It is completely inexcusable that the unit was not properly prepared and that you were inconvenienced by the cleaning staff’s personal items. Please be assured that I am investigating this matter with cleaning company immediately to ensure this never happens again. I am also very concerned by your report regarding the fireplace and the uneven floor. The safety of my guests is my absolute top priority. Thank you for bringing this to my attention; your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain the property and safety of everyone. I understand why these issues caused you such distress during your stay. While I am glad you appreciated the layout and space of the unit, I deeply regret that these problems overshadowed your experience. Thank you again for your honesty. The place was really nice lots of rooms not far from all the attractions. Not enough light to cook out on the front deck but all in all great place very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms we clean and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes and utensils. It was just the right size for 6 adults. We spent most of our time on the porch enjoying the fabulous weather.

We had a wonderful time here! The property was immaculately clean. It’s the cleanest short term rental I’ve stayed in. We spent most of our time out exploring, but the amenities available were great. Two cozy living spaces to lounge, a beautiful kitchen and deck, and pretty comfortable beds. The only suggestion I could make is that i wish there was some sort of railing on the stairs. If you have a balance problem they can be a bit precarious because they’re rounded. Other than that everything was perfect. We’ll definitely return!

Hello,We enjoyed our visit to your home but there are a couple of items I would like to share. This slider door is missing a screen. The weather was quite warm and we weren’t able to enjoy the cooler outside air. The white bath mats were clearly unwashed. Thank you again for our stay. The place was very nice ...however we had friends with bad knees. Up n down the steps was difficult to use the facilities.... Would have been nice to have an extra bathroom upstairs. The map To the garbage dumpster was taking us around and around the area. Couldn't find if according to the map We had To use gps to find it. It was pitch dark very early in the morning. Thanks

Gorgeous, incredibly cozy and comfortable place to stay, just seconds from Storyland. Well equiped kitchen, lovey balcony, comfortable beds. We enjoyed being snuggled on the couch and watching movies after a day at Storyland, and then at Echo Lake. My son loved the chess set. Definitely will stay again.

When it reopens for small fee you have access to use Pickle ball, Racquetball, Indoor/Outdoor Pool, Winter Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam room, Basketball, Bocce, Ping Pong, Video Games, Public Computer, TVs, Lounge and Library areas, Workout Room, Fitness Studio.
