Great space. Lovely view of the water. Well appointed kitchen. Only downside was we couldn’t use the fireplaces (they are an apparent fire hazard) and were not told about that.

Excellent stay!

Check in was seamless and the property was carefully stocked with everything we needed! It was also walking distance from great restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. We hope to stay here again!

Amazing property and very close to everything. Condo was spacious, modern, and very clean. City bus picks up for skiing at end of the driveway.

Great condo in excellent location

We just love this place- have stayed here twice. It's is comfortable, well apportioned, with beautiful views of the roaring fork river. It's quiet, but the distance to downtown aspen, restaurants, grocery and shopping is only a few walking blocks away. Skiers loved the hot tub at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Tranquil, wonderful and roomy.

Quiet neighborhood just 3 blocks east of city market. Corner condo, back wall is entirely glass with views of tall trees and finger of the river and a huge fox (sometimes).. Dining table seats 6, rare for Aspen. Comfy living area, great fireplace. Huge primary bedroom with fireplace and walk in closet, you can bring everything! Powerful jetted hot tub just outside your door. Kudos to *STAN*, the manager. He was top notch, quickly available. We would certainly stay here again. It was perfect for us and our adult "kids". There's no ski resort as gracious as Aspen and we've seen many.

Best VRBO we've ever stayed at

What a delightful condo to stay at. There is really nothing we didn't like. The kitchen was stocked thoughtfully, the beds were comfortable, the showers hot, towels were plentiful, furniture was comfortable to sit on and the dining room table was big enough for eating and playing games. Right next to a rushing creek this condo is walking distance to everything in Aspen. We hope to return!

This property was amazing! If you like to cook, the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and pot that you could imagine, including a very decent selection of spices! The reading nook by the river afforded beautiful views and the constant, soothing sound of rushing water. The beds were comfortable and the baths looked brand new. Nothing was overlooked. There was even a cabinet filled with games, cards and puzzles. The hot tub and grill were only a few steps away from the front door. This corner unit was warm, inviting, quiet and private. It accommodated 5 people very comfortably. We stayed here in early June and would love to return someday!

Great property, great location

Perfect for 4 adult men, easy access to hot tub, 4 block walk to downtown area, great parking situation for our one vehicle. Great floorplan for a few extra friends to stop by and no noise issues with adjoining units. We will certainly try to stay here again!

Fantastic stay

Recently renovated condo unit with a well appointed kitchen. Communication with the property manager was great and the location was just 10 minutes away from city center/ the ski slopes.

Relaxing, Tranquil, and a perfect location.

Upon check-in there was an issue with the lock box to obtain the keys, however the problem was quickly resolved. Enjoyed this unit & the location very much. (Especially listening to the roaring fork stream in the evenings)
