It's designed for relaxing and extended stays and includes a king size bed, full-height wardrobe, spacious shower with a seat, washer/dryer, 2 air conditioners and a furnace. Rear den has a large L-shaped sofa with theater seats (king tri-fold sofa bed), plus a 65" smart LED HDTV for movie nights.

Additional amenities include a bluetooth radio with indoor/outdoor speakers, a 5,500 BTU fireplace (remote control and thermostat) with multicolor backlighting options, dimmable lights throughout home and a freestanding dinette to enjoy meal time together. Blazing fast free Wi-Fi, free on site parking behind a gate and free street parking are included to help ensure a seamless stay.

The chef of your group will love the additional counter space in this fully equipped kitchen which has not only a full size refrigerator, microwave, a 21" oven, a 3-burner cooktop and full size pantry but is also stocked with all your cooking essentials!

If you prefer to channel your inner Pit master, then grill to your heart's delight with your choice of a 36" Blackstone flat top, a pellet smoker or a double rack traditional propane as options. Make yourself at home while you create a BBQ feast while both you and your crew can also take a dive in the pool or soak in the hot tub.

There are multiple outdoor seating areas including a patio (built around a majestic old tree with a seated hammock swing), a covered outdoor bar with stools and speakers, sun chaises and loungers around pool as well as a gas fire pit with additional seating by the hot tub.
