We loved our stay at Waypoint! Linda has created such a welcoming and warm environment. We traveled with our toddler and my parents, and the house suit all of our needs. My daughter especially loved the toys, games and snacks! Waypoint was incredibly well stocked and clean, and Linda communicated well at all times. Highly recommend!

House was awesome, prime location with two parking spots. We could walk everywhere. Top restaurants in same block. There is no parking downtown or on side streets. This worked out perfectly! Host met us there and checked in regularly. Was wonder experience & would stay there again

Linda was a terrific host. Communication was outstanding. House was spotless and extremely comfortable. We had a chef come in to prepare a dinner and the kitchen was well stocked to make a full dinner. We sat outside on the patio which was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay Waypoint Cottage. It was perfect for our group of four couples. The house was spotless, well stocked and in a great location. What truly made our stay fantastic was our host/owner, Linda. From beginning to end she was so welcoming and helpful with making suggestions of what to do and where to go. Despite the unexpected Nor' easter, we had a wonderful time. Linda brought over extra umbrellas and flashlights. The umbrellas were much appreciated. Thankfully, the flashlights weren't needed. We plan to go back again and pray for better weather. Although, we didn't get to enjoy it, the backyard area looked lovely.

We had an amazing stay celebrating our 40th birthdays with college friends at this beautiful home! Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the small personal touches made our trip even more special than we imagined. The location was absolutely perfect, and the backyard patio felt like a dream. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! Linda was an incredible host who truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We can’t recommend this home enough!

What can I say but “”FANTASTIC “””. The home is inviting, lovely, beautiful and everything I could ever imagine. Celebrating my daughter’s 40th. Her, Sara best friend and me. 3 bedrooms upstairs comfortable. Cozy. I slept downstairs. Beautiful bathroom perfect. The kitchen is charming and dining area and living room. Everything is updated which I love. So clean. She even had fresh flowers in vases. Walking to coffee cafes and shopping minutes away. The mansions are 5-10 min away. Details. This is the thing to do when you want your home filled w happy people. Thank you so much.

From the wow factor to the location, this property was everything & more than we could hope for. There friends from high school joined together to celebrate a banner decade birthday. We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. We could literally walk out the door & within seconds be shopping or dining. Almost everything we wanted to do & see in Newport was within walking distance. The house provided everything we might need. A fully stocked kitchen, including two bottles of wine, soda, & lots & lots of snacks. A very nice touch! Our hostess was the best! Linda was available for whatever we needed & so very kind. Then we have the backyard patio area. Very large & comfy & inviting. And my friend loved the outdoor shower. All in all, this ranks among the best VRBO rentals for me. Highly recommend!

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat!! Our family used this home as our home base for our daughter's May 30 wedding in Newport, RI. Not only was the house and yard spotless and exactly as described, this host went above and beyond in making the place homey, charming, and comfortable. It is by far the best stocked home we have ever had the pleasure of renting. The host was available and immediately responsive to to any questions we had. We could not have been happier. We loook forard to coming back someday soon for a longer stay.

Linda was an outstanding host while the property really lived up to advertised. The location coupled with the property made our stay so enjoyable. The extremely clean house provide plenty of space for everyone gather as well as private bathroom and bedrooms. We spent a good amount of time, while not walking around and exploring Newport, in the back garden area that was an oasis.

We had never been to Newport and went on this trip for a wedding. This is a great property; very clean. Even though we knew little about Newport we found the property to be walkable to everything we wanted/needed to do. The host, Linda, was very kind and texted to make sure everything was ok and responded promptly when we had a question. We had a great stay!
