We very much enjoyed our stay! Super clean! The claw foot tub was a nice touch We were very close to some excellent restaurants, the beach, and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay

It was perfect. So clean! And its so cute! We were busy and have family in the area so we didn't take advantage of the kitchen facilities but it appeared to have all you would need - dishes, pots and pans, etc.Great location.Check in was easy. Left specific instruction for check out - easy. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Fall 2024

My adult daughter and I come to the Leland Suttons Bay area every fall. This was our first time staying here. We were very impressed with the clean and tidy home. We would definitely come again. It is especially convenient for shopping and dining in the village and a short trip over to Leland. We also enjoyed the outdoor garden space. We hope to stay longer next time!

The Bath Tub!

The property was wonderful regarding all things -clean-great kitchen -comfortable-etc. EXCEPT it is nearly impossible to take a shower and absolutely impossible for an 80 year old!

Great location. Very clean!

Very clean and would stay there again. The clawfoot bathtub/shower is a little tricky. We enjoyed the location, and it was easy to get to everything. The deck was cozy and relaxing.

Amazing location and the property was incredibly clean! The back patio area is huge and spacious and a great place to hang out. Smooth check in process and very responsive owners. Will definitely book here again

Perfect for What We Needed!

Fantastic little cottage right in Sutton’s Bay! The home was immaculately clean, with everything we needed for our stay. Fluffy beach towels were a nice surprise! Our family of 6, with 3 teens and a tween, had no issues. Only one bunk bed, but knew that from reading reviews so planned accordingly. It was very quiet, even with busy businesses on either side. Enjoyed eating our ice cream on the deck listening to the music. Definitely would stay again!

Great location!

Great location in a fun town! Super clean, everything you could need for a great weekend. Loved being able to walk everywhere. Comfortable beds and owners were very helpful 😊we will stay again!

Perfect location to walk town

This is a great value. The location cannot be beat for easy strolls for dinner and only one house north of ice cream! My kids love this house, we have returned now 2 years and look forward to more.

Review

When we got there the property seemed clean, perfect location and great. However through our stay we found two live cockroaches, an extremely dirty pillow we slept on and the owners did not do anything about the cockroaches. The tub is very hard to get in and out of. The description says two bunkbeds but there is only one bunkbed. We were extremely disgusted with the cockroaches and could not wait to leave unfortunately.

Beautiful Place in Suttons Bay!

Great place to stay in Suttons Bay. Perfect for our kids, ages 3 and 6 with easy access to the beach, playground, farmer's market, ice cream shop, restaurants, and bike path. We had a great time and hope to return next summer!

Besties Weekend

Sutton Bay is a perfect central location between the wineries, Traverse City, Fish Town, Sleeping Bear Dunes etc

Check in was easy, property clean, for 2 people very roomy, kitchen good but no blinds on door wall.. great location for Leelanau Peninsula outings and downtown Suttons Bay. T.C. 20 miles down M22..we enjoyed our stay
