Rénovation totale de cette charmante maison au bord du lac en 2013. Toit, murs extérieurs, électricité, plomberie, planchers, murs intérieurs, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, tous les luminaires de salle de bain, tous les luminaires, TOUT! Venez découvrir le meilleur de Smith Lake et bénéficiez également d'Internet haut débit, de la télévision par satellite, du son surround et de nombreuses autres fonctionnalités de luxe. Cette maison au bord du lac peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes et dispose d'un coin couchage avec deux lits simples confortables.

Ne passez pas votre temps Ă  monter et descendre les escaliers de la maison Ă  l'eau. C'est souvent le cas pour certaines maisons de location de lac. Restez ici et faites une courte promenade du pont au quai!

Vous aurez également l'utilisation exclusive d'un nouveau quai à deux étages avec une jetée de baignade et un ascenseur à bateau pour votre bateau. Le pont supérieur est partiellement couvert afin que vous puissiez profiter de la vue panoramique tout en restant assis à l'ombre. Il y a aussi une terrasse couverte au large de la salle familiale avec un barbecue à gaz et de nombreux siÚges. Un nouveau téléviseur plasma de 50 pieds avec son surround est accroché au mur de la salle familiale et il y a également deux téléviseurs à écran plat supplémentaires dans la maison. Faites-nous savoir si vous avez des questions. Cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter à la fois de votre temps sur l'eau et de votre temps à l'intérieur. En juin 2014, nous avons ajouté un nouveau trottoir à la jetée et à la pointe avec une pente douce et seulement 6 à 7 escaliers au total. Nous avons également gazonné la cour et ajouté un nouvel aménagement paysager et un nouveau grill plus grand.

Veuillez noter que tous nos tarifs sont pour jusqu'à 10 personnes. En raison de l'usure supplémentaire, nous facturons un petit supplément pour chaque invité de plus de 10 ans.

The house was clean and comfortable for our group of 7 plus pups. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and sunsets from the dock at night. We rented a pontoon for 3 days to explore the lake and were blown away by how gorgeous it was, we will definitely be back!

Labor Day Weekend Lake Trip - long weekend at the lake at one of our favorite properties! This house is always clean, nicely appointed, and owners are awesome. Excellent, clean, fun, accommodating, and all other superlatives. This house and dock were terrific for all of us to enjoy. Those in our 60s and those who are just nine all immensely enjoyed this stay. The owners are very responsive, the house is clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the fans upstairs are a charming touch and the overall feel is homey.

Family Trip

My family stayed for spring break and had a great time. The house is just as described and communication with the owners was excellent. They responded to all my questions and even worked with my husband to find a place to launch our boat and store the trailer. Our kids ranged in ages from 8 to 19 and they all loved it. We played on the rocks, kayaked, and enjoyed the 2-story dock each day. We enjoyed everything about our stay and hope to return next year!

Perfect location for a fishing trip.

We stayed here in March during my son’s school break. The house was immaculately clean and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook with. I even told my husband that I think it’s the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. The lake level was lower, but we expected that since it’s winter/spring. It still has very deep water around the dock and my son was able to fish off of the dock and the shore. It’s a very nice dock and I liked to sit on the upper deck. There were not very many people on the lake while we were there (early March), but I could see how the lake would be bustling with boats once the weather gets warmer. Check-in was easy, communication was good and instructions for checking out of the house were easy as well.

Family Thanksgiving

We had a great stay and enjoyed the house and dock a lot. Luckily I am a planner and brought everything under the sun because there were not a lot of extra supplies (such as dishwasher pods & tp) and there were no seasonings you could use. Some places have at least some basics but this did not. We have stayed at many places and I just bring whatever I think I will need. The Publix in Cullman does deliver which surprised me. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. The setting was beautiful and quiet.

Amazing!

This was our first trip to Smith Lake. Our stay was amazing. All of my family met here to celebrate our Thanksgiving. I can’t say enough about the views and quiet relaxing time we had. This stay met ALL our expectations. We will definitely be back!

Birthday weekend

Very nice house and beautiful location. Loved the dock and spent a lot of time there enjoying the great weather. Dock was perfect size for securing and storing my boat. Owner should fix hand rail on deck as it was very wobbly. In addition the bbq grill was covered in grease and caught our burgers on fire the first night. Had to breakdown the grill and clean to use the second night.

Fall Break with the Guys

We had an amazing long weekend at this property! Super comfortable inside and out! The host was great to work with and helped us get checked in early. Amazing back deck and dock to take in the lake morning, noon, and night. Very quiet neighborhood on one of the best parts of Smith Lake. We will definitely be back!

Providence Point

Just as advertised. We had a great time, swimming kayaking, and just enjoying the quiet. Cabin was very clean. Great mattresses, beautiful view, easy to get to the water, just a nice place. The boys loved it. Great WiFi and all around great experience.

Beautiful property that never disappoints

This is our third year staying at this perfect lake house. The house description is 100% accurate. The views are beautiful. It is peaceful and relaxing to sit out on the front deck. The boat dock is perfect for hanging out, swimming, and fishing. We brought our jet ski and bass boat this year, and we had a great time out on the lake. I love the location of the house. If you want a great vacation, I highly recommend this lake house.

Gorgeous views of Smith Lake

I saw Smith Lake on the movie, Someone Like You, and told my husband next time we go to Birmingham we must stay here. Smith Lake was even more gorgeous in person! We stay in vacation rentals several times a year and have been to many lake destinations. The views from this house are tremendous pictures cannot capture the true beauty and serenity of this location. The house was immaculately clean and has been very well kept. I spent most of my time relaxing on the covered deck taking in the beauty and quietness of this pristine lake. My husband enjoyed fishing from the kayaks and on the dock and rocks. We flew in from Wyoming so we did stop at Publix and get our groceries. The property is in a remote area there are a couple of small grocery stores and a few restaurants so plan accordingly. We will definitely be coming back!!

Fantastic

We have stayed at multiple rental properties on Smith Lake, and so far this was definitely the best. The house was clean and updated. The 2-story dock was a hit with both kids and adults. The view from the front porch was amazing. The kids enjoyed all the places to jump off and swim. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect lake location

The view from the property of the lake is wonderful. Also the upper level of the dock is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. Having access to the boat lift was a big plus for us as well. We had a wonderful few days of family and friends

We are active at Moulton Baptist Church and can be found on Facebook if you are really bored and want to see photos and things. This is the second home that we have owned on Smith Lake and we totally love our time there. We use the rentals to help make the payments and use the home in between. We invite you to share our getaway at the lake.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is a great choice for two main reasons. First, it is located on a point lot with a view that can't be beat and second, the house is totally remodeled after being stripped down to the studs and rebuilt. Everything, and I mean everything, is new. We bought the property for the lot and then made the house what we wanted it to be with all the modern conveniences like wi-fi, satellite TV and surround sound. Plus, you'll love the short walk from the deck to the dock!
