We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues with the heat during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - When you called about the heat we let you know that due to the power being turned off for a bit we needed to reset the system physically. We asked what temperature you would like it set at and planned on sending someone over but we never heard back from you. There would not have been an issue to have the windows open and you did mention to us that everything was ok and you had done that. We're sorry if there was a misunderstanding, we were happy to help get you situated. - We would have also sent the cleaners back if needed but you never mentioned the floors or dust to us. We take cleanliness very seriously and have not had this issue.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
