– $700 refundable security deposit released 7 days after checkout
✦ Damage waiver does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, pet-related issues, or policy violations
Pet-Friendly Stay
✦ Pets welcome with prior approval
✦ Pet fees:
• $163.50 per pet for 1–4 nights
• $150 per pet for 5–13 nights
• $300 per pet for 14+ nights
✦ Additional pet fees may apply for multiple pets or extended stays
✦ Pet fees are charged separately after booking and subject to 9% tax
✦ No pets on furniture or beds
✦ Please clean up pet waste; yard clean-up issues incur a $100 fee
