Perfect & basic condo for a short stay.Just north of the NHL arena and ICE District restaurants. Good secure condo and parking garage in a sketchy area of town.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Could see Roger’s center from the door. Neighbourhood is poor but we parked underground and everything was fine.

Great stay

My colleague and I stayed for a week in June for a work trip. We appreciated the security the building offered as the area is sketchy but we felt safe within the building. We found the kitchen stocked well enough for our needs and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Thank you!

Lovely clean condo; everything as advertised.Great communication with host. The location is great if you want to be right downtown; lots of fabulous restaurants within walking distance and very close to Roger’s place if you are booking for a hockey game or concert etc.

Didn't Disappoint

The unit itself was fantastic. Everything is as shown in the listing. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and bright. There was alot of garbage around the building due to the homeless population around the building. But not the fault of the building and owner.

Property has roach issue, owners efforts are a waste of time. Property is a health hazard due to roaches disappointing experience to say the least. Roaches found in kitchen sink and bedroom near kitchen
