En plus d'ĂȘtre une unitĂ© de penthouse de prestige, il est une unitĂ© extrĂȘmement rare avec un privĂ© 100% projetĂ© en balcon. Vous ne pouvez pas voir une autre unitĂ© de votre balcon - seulement miles et des miles de paysage spectaculaire, y compris les points de vue du Nord jusqu'Ă  Peachtree Road et Midtown Atlanta. Il y a trois ascenseurs en attente de vous battre de haut en bas, au besoin. Sortez par la porte d'entrĂ©e et vous ĂȘtes smack dab en plein cƓur du centre-ville d'Atlanta. The balcony view was very nice. The location was great. We could walk to the aquarium, the park and places to eat. Close to our tour pick up point as well. Very comfortable apartment to relax.

We were there for a funeral so it was a last min booking. We couldn't have been more pleased. The location is perfect. We walked to most restaurants. The view is amazing and the bed dreamy. One of the first stays that my wife said, "When we come back to Atlanta, let's stay here again."

The apartment is beautifully arranged and feels so spacious. It's private, very well kept, and just felt like a luxury vacation spot. We definitely want to visit again. Margaret was a responsive host. Plus the apartment comes with a parking spot and four fobs for entry. It was just a joy to stay there.

Had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the penthouse, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Check-in and check-out experience was easy, the concierge staff was friendly and always helpful, regardless of the hour. Location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and well-furnished, the bed was so comfortable! Our host was responsive and understanding, made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place!

This apartment is very well located, especially for those attending shows at the Mart. Margaret is extremely responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this condominium without reservation. Beautiful views and very spacious, and the building is very secure with 24 hour concierge.

Fantastic experience

This is such a great place to stay in Atlanta. Margaret is great and very easy to communicate with. We were only going to have a couple of days here and wanted to stay near a lot of the Citypass options, so this was perfect. Very walkable area, especially great for anyone flying in who doesn’t want to rent a car. I highly recommend breakfast at Atlanta Breakfast Club - get there early to avoid a long wait.

Perfect little condo.

We spent New Year’s Eve weekend in this condo. It was perfect. Having the fireplace was nice as it was cold. The outdoor patio has fantastic of downtown Atlanta. Short Uber to the Fox for Widespread Panic. Margaret was amazing, quick to respond during my inquiry and our stay. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

The property offers an amazing view which is worth 5 stars. Reserved parking was def a perk. Location is perfect. Was able to explore and walk to GWCC with no issues. As many have stated, there are homeless people and/or crowds outside the doors but no one bothered us. To be 100% transparent, the home was not what I expected. It def could use some TLC. The housekeeper did not do a great job at cleaning the home at all (which is no fault of the owners). I was weary sleeping on the linen because of the stains on pillowcases and hairs we found on the linen and night stand. I had no issues whatsoever with the owners! Promptly answered any questions I had prior to my stay.

Anniversary trip

We had an amazing time. Margaret was absolutely lovely to speak with and was so sweet. Our penthouse wasnt ready when we arrived so Margaret asked if we would mind staying in a different room for the first night. We agreed and the 2 bedroom she put us in was so cozy and clean. Our penthouse was beautiful and the balcony with the view was a great way to relax after a day of walking the zoo, aquarium, and coke factory. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I moved from Atlanta to Lake Sinclair several years ago. While we love lake living, we missed Atlanta and city life terribly. Peachtree Towers Condominium gave us a 'home away from home' to come to when we need our city 'fix'! This unit is special. Top floor, corner unit with balcony that overlooks no one else, only miles and miles of beautiful Atlanta. In 2019 we decided to take Penthouse North off the market and completely gut and renovate it - being the best view and best unit in the building, we wanted to max out its potential. This unit is incredible - it does not disappoint!
