Short Walk to All Downtown Attractions!

This corner unit directly overlooks Atlanta`s main artery. The area is safe, well traveled, and has City Ambassadors conveniently positioned to help and guide.

All of the Downtown attractions are just a few minutes walking distance, including the Georgia Aquarium , World of Coca Cola, CNN, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The condo is also one block from the Apparel and Merchandise Markets

Fully updated and modern apartment in the heart of Downtown. The unit is quiet and comfortable and a great place to relax yet still be right in the middle of the Downtown action. A really great place to work remotely, or just get away to relax in peace.

Guests have access to the entire condo unit except for a supply closet.

We generally aren`t able to greet guests in person, but are always available via phone or email.

You`ll be staying right in downtown Atlanta, located near all the major attractions that Atlanta has to offer. The neighborhood is lively and there is plenty to do and see!

The apartment is a block away from Peachtree Center MARTA. It`s highly recommended you use MARTA if you do not require a car during your stay.

Regarding parking - there is a paid parking lot located directly next to the building @ 17 BAKER ST NW. Rates range anywhere from $15-$25/day depending on how busy downtown is.

If you don`t mind walking 3 blocks, there is a slightly cheaper and more secure parking garage, with nightly rates around $12 I think.

The address to that garage is: 377 TED TURNER DRIVE NW

(If you are on TED TURNER DR wait till you cross over IVAN ALLEN JR BLVD, the entrance is located immediately on your right hand side after you pass Mellow Mushroom Pizza.)

*You will see three garage door openings go to the one on the far right, take a ticket and park in any one of the parking spaces marked `visitor`.

It is an excellent location and the best part was the balcony. Towels were mildew smelling and just ok as far as cleanliness. Older unit, which is ok, but shows wear and tear. The a/c left the bedroom very muggy feeling, so turned it off. Fine for 2 days.

Nice condo for 2. Love the balcony. An excellent location for visiting downtown attractions. We walked to the Coke museum and the GA Aquarium. There are several other attractions within walking distance along with food establishments too. Easy access to 75 and 85.
