ABOUT THE PROPERTY

The beach is located just 1.1 miles away. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are provided. Streaming is available on our 60" TV for all to enjoy.

A pack-n-play crib is available, along with a high chair, toddlers' bowls, spoons, and cups. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway is included, with additional free street parking nearby. (Please read the signs for Street Sweeping hours.)

The home also showcases an upright grand piano for the musically inclined. The kitchen features custom window inserts and window shades. All windows have custom blinds for lighting preferences and privacy.

This home can accommodate up to 6 guests. The sunroom doubles as a 3rd bedroom with a twin daybed, closet, curtains, doors, and blackout shades for total privacy. This will allow a separate room for a group of 5 with 2 queen beds and a daybed, or a group of 6 (the sofabed in the living room pulls out and can sleep two).
