Profitez de vues à couper le souffle depuis cette magnifique maison classique en bord de mer. En tant que propriété orientée au sud, vous profiterez d’incroyables levers et couchers de soleil depuis le pont supérieur et le pont des dunes.
Pas besoin de s'inquiéter et de se garer ou de trouver l'accès à la plage le plus proche; vous aurez votre propre accès privé et direct en bord de mer ainsi qu'un grand parking. Nous autorisons quatre véhicules par côté; si vous et votre groupe louez Summerplace East and West, vous pourrez garer huit véhicules sur la propriété.

Détails de la propriété:
Summerplace East a un total de 4 chambres (2 en haut, 2 en bas) et 2 salles de bain complètes (une en haut et en bas), une cuisine bien équipée avec une grande table à tréteaux (parfait pour les délicieux repas de famille ou jouer à des jeux), et une vie confortable pièce.
Le pont du rez-de-chaussée comprend une grande douche chaude / froide fermée, de nombreux sièges à l’extérieur, une grande table de pique-nique et une cloison de confidentialité. Le pont supérieur a des sièges intégrés, une cloison de confidentialité et des sièges pour profiter de la vue à un million de dollars! La dune-deck a des sièges intégrés qui sont parfaits pour profiter de la vue sans vous exposer au sable. De plus, il y a une autre douche chaude / froide et un robinet / un tuyau d’eau sur le chemin menant au pont des dunes, ce qui est parfait pour rincer le sable et le sel.

Family vacation

We had a fabulous and memorable vacation with our children. The beach house was beautiful with spectacular views of the ocean. We loved that it was steps to the sand. We will return again.

Shore beats Work!

Our first family Vacation with our first grandchild. The place was perfect, easy access to beach, nice outdoor shower, great amenities, very clean, 2 very relaxing decks with perfect views. Summerplace East shore was beachy and met all of our vacation needs and more!

This was our first time visiting Emerald Isle ... Summerplace was quiet, peaceful and the perfect place for spending some quality family time. Amanda was amazing. She was friendly, helpful and always available when you needed anything.

Emerald Isle summerplace heaven

We have stayed in this house every year for approximately 25 years and continue to love it! The most recent new owners Amanda and Rick have done wonderful things updating everything! It’s a great place for family gatherings. Weather, house, beach, ocean and stars at night were just perfect! See you next year!

Perfect!

Our party of 5 adults fit perfectly with extra room! Right on the beach with a short drive to stores. It was very quiet and the washer/dryer was a big plus! Communication with the owners was quick. Very accommodating! The beach was not crowded, it felt like we had a private beach! Beds were very comfortable and both decks were very roomy with great views on the second floor! Three bedrooms faced the ocean too! We will be back yearly!

Total perfection

Before we even checked in our host was wonderful at communicating and that didn’t stop after check in, she continued to text to ask if we had any questions and she gave helpful tidbits of info. The house eas so clean and smelled fresh and taken care of. Everything was exactly what we expected and more. The outdoor enclosed shower was a game changer, LOVED! There was a sandy area right behind the house for the kids to play in without the adults having to leave the back deck and venture to the ocean, but the ocean was absolutely amazing also! I cant say enough good things about this house and the hosts, thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back!

Home at the Beach

Summerplace East is a very homey place and Amanda is a great host (she put up with my craziness!) The house was very cozy and we all loved walking out onto the deck and right on the boardwalk and only a few stairs to the beach. The beds are very comfortable and there are many extra pillows to use. Our special needs son was even able to move around the house easily. My only concern was using the laundry facilities at night as there wasn't light from the stairs to the laundry door, but we used a flashlight, otherwise the place was perfect and I hope to use it again next year. Thank you Amanda!!

Excellent Location!

This house is steps from the beach and has a large outdoor area with adequate seating for dining out. There are 2 outdoor showers which really helps if you have young children. We just took the shampoo outside! The house is older but spacious and very clean with all of the amenities you will need. Air conditioning works great! I would definitely recommend.

Perfect Emerald Isle experience

Summerplace East was wonderful and ideal for our two families of four. Marge was very attentive; all check-in/out instructions super easy. House is well-stocked and the outdoor shower is great. We will definitely be back!

Cute beach house!

This house is very clean and nicely decorated. I always try to leave places cleaner than I find them but the only thing I found to clean up was the game box! I think this would be a tight fit for 9 people.

Picture Perfect

What a wonderful experience this was. First vacation this year for any of our family and this was the perfect place to gather. The property was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Amanda Haskins, the property owner is great to work with and made sure we were comfortable. If you are looking for a place to spend some great rest, relaxation, and beach time —- pick this one. We are talking about maybe renting both sides for a full family reunion next spring.
