Casimir-Orient est un duplex en bord de mer exquis situé dans Emerald Isle, le sud des Outer Banks, en Caroline du Nord.

Cette maison de vacances est parfait pour tout type de rendez-vous loin.

Mis à part la promenade privée à la plage, Cassimir Est est entièrement équipée avec des jouets de plage, une piscine de quartier privée (à seulement 2 minutes à pied), et des zones de couchage allant d'un berceau à un lit king-size. Nouvelles mises à jour de literie et de meubles en 2017! (Photos mises à jour en 2017) Notre maison est située dans le quartier exclusif de Spinnaker's Reach, en toute sécurité loin de toute route très fréquentée.

Our Beach House was wonderful. Emerald Island was a beautiful destination. The weather could not have been more spectacular. The mini golf, the souvenir shopping, and the restaurants were all easily accessible. My family thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and having fun just talking. It was a great vacation!

Lovely Rental

Came for spring break. It was a great location and property. The kitchen was stocked with so many things for cooking we were able to find everything we needed plus some. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beach Trip 2025

House was a great location- with just a few hundred feet to the sand. We loved that we could check in early. The AC went out in the garage area and Jane had it fixed as soon as she could. The weather was great and made memories to last a lifetime.

Cassimir East is the best

This is our second year staying at Cassimir East, and my family absolutely loves it. We have been vacationing in Emerald Isle for seven years and have always stayed in homes off of Coast Guard Road. Cassimir East is by far our favorite. From its proximity to the Pointe to the "dunes" deer that greeted us each morning and evening make this home an absolute gem. Thank you for sharing it !!

Perfect

Great location and great weather made for the perfect week with our children. Beautiful sunrises and beach walks. Very quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to marketing and eateries. The home is very comfortable and owner super nice!

Excellent location & amenities

Cassimer East was a great place for our group (3 families of 4). You can't beat the location...direct beach access, 2 driveways down from the pool, and 1 mile from main Emerald Isle strip. The house was clean and had all amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Everything about Cassimir East exceeded our expectations. The hosts are friendly and helpful, the house is clean and very well appointed, and you can't beat the location and view! We hope to make this our new place for our yearly trip to Emerald Isle.

Perfection!

This has been my favorite place to stay on the Crystal Coast so far! Beautiful house, lots of room, close walk to the pool, oceanfront, nice neighborhood... It was perfect for our stay with adults & kids of all ages!

Perfect location and view

Absolutely loved everything about this property. The view is spectacular! We were blessed to be there during a full moon, and the reflection off of the water was breathtaking. Its location was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked - it had everything we needed to cook for a group of 10. We will most definitely stay again.
