Également une grande et magnifique cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit, Ă©quipĂ©e d'Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable et de nouveaux planchers de bois franc Ă  partir d'aoĂ»t 2015. Notre condo est situĂ© sur le green du parcours de golf de Turtle Bay. Cette rĂ©gion de Turtle Bay est prestigieuse et sĂ»re! Vous avez le luxe de disposer de gardes de sĂ©curitĂ© 24h / 24 pour une protection supplĂ©mentaire de vos objets personnels. Ce condo est une courte promenade de 3 minutes Ă  des plages Ă  couper le souffle oĂč il y a le surf et la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e. Aussi juste une courte promenade de Turtle Bay Resort qui a certains des meilleurs restaurants autour. ATTENTION! PROBLÈME MAJEUR DE SALUBRITÉ.

ExpĂ©rience trĂšs Ă©prouvante en lien avec la location de ce condo. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, forte odeur d'humiditĂ©/moisissure et de poussiĂšre. Nous constatons rapidement que les lieux n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© bien entretenus depuis longtemps. Les comptoirs, divans, Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, murs, divans sont salles ou tĂąchĂ©s. L'endroit a besoin d'un sĂ©rieux nettoyage. Les deux airs climatisĂ©s coulent, depuis visiblement longtemps. Des insectes sortent des armoires. L'eau sort de sous les lattes du plancher de la chambre. Nous tentons de communiquer avec la propriĂ©taire afin de l'informer de l'Ă©tat des lieux. Celle-ci banalise la problĂ©matique, mentionne qu'elle est Ă  l'extĂ©rieur du pays et qu'elle tentera d'envoyer quelqu'un. Personne ne vient. Aucune nouvelle. Nous sommes forcĂ©s de nous relocaliser en urgence. AprĂšs avoir tentĂ© de joindre VRBO pour obtenir un soutien de leur part, la compagnie mentionne ne pas ĂȘtre en mesure de rien faire pour nous, malgrĂ© que nous leur ayons soumis plusieurs preuves photos-vidĂ©os et captures d'Ă©crant. Il protĂšge la confidentialitĂ© de la propriĂ©taire. Nous sommes encore en dĂ©marche afin de tenter d'obtenir une compensation Ă  ce jour.

Vanessa was a wonderful host! Very accommodating and communicative. The condo was just as described - very comfortable, clean and the perfect spot for our family vacation to Oahu.

Everything was as it should be. The place was great and the location is beautiful. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back porch areas in the mornings and enjoying the beauty and peace of the plac.

DONT STAY HERE! Unless you don’t care about mold, dust and really cheap crappy bedding and kitchen supplies. The listing says delux, it’s far that. My husband myself and my teen son booked this condo for 3 nights. I read on one review after I booked there was mold on the ceiling. I had messaged the owner to inquire about this mold because if it was true, I wanted to cancel which she was willing to do at first but she had told me it’s not mold it’s just old water damage. I had told her at this point it would be really dangerous for my teenage son to be around any type of mold because of his health issues, she said there was no mold. Unfortunately, when we checked in, it was late at night and we had no choice but to stay the night. I checked out immediately the next day and she refused to refund me for the rest of the nights at that point I had to get VRBO involved and finally got my money back. The mold is out of control. The dust is out of control. There’s mold on the ceiling in the bedroom, The air conditioning units are disgusting Filled with mold and dust should not be used, their screens missing on the sliding door so you can’t even leave the doors open for a breeze if you want extra bedding for the pullout couch, good luck the pillows are about 20 years old. Anyways, I wish this review was there for me. The owner is poor to communicate takes a day or two to get back to you or longer and is a big liar.

As a guest, I shouldn’t have to search for needed items. Paper towels or dish towels should be left out. Beach towels should be placed where we could easily find them. Same with bathroom/shower soap and the notebook with needed information and suggestions for where to buy food for cooking or restaurants for eating.

Decent sized little one bedroom condo. Easy to find & access. Vanessa was responsive. A little lizard got in at some point during our stay but ran back out. I assume little bugs and critters are all normal because you’re in an island so it didn’t bother me. Great location. I enjoyed the easy stay!

Vanessa’s condo was the perfect home base for our North Shore adventure. Her instructions made it incredibly easy to find, and the unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Kulilima Estates is a fantastic location — quiet, scenic, and just a short walk to the beach and nearby trails.One highlight was dining at the Beach House restaurant at Turtle Bay. It was a little on the pricey side, but the food and views were absolutely worth it — and thanks to the affordability of Vanessa’s condo, we felt great about treating ourselves.We appreciated the thoughtful touches and smooth communication throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the North Shore with ease and comfort.

Good kitchen, two AC window units, and new laundry machines. No Wifi. Note that you need to supply your own bathing soap, shampoo, etc. Bath towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels were provided. The bed is very soft leading to moderate discomfort but it was clean. Traffic noise can be loud but if you run the air conditioner fan it masks the noise. Make sure to confirm your reservation with the host using the cell phone number provided. I didn't recieve responses via the VRBO messaging system. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

North Shore getaway

Location is great for North Shore. Unit was not very clean, no microwave, kitchen needs more kitchenware. Bathroom door would not stay closed. Host was helpful with key situation. Good parking.

We stayed for about two weeks. The owners were nice and helpful. The apartment itself was rundown and needs a lot of help. There was a new refrigerator, but it was too big for the space which made the microwave unusable. We ended up eating out most of the time. The bathroom was updated, but the ventilation fan did not work. It is closer to the road, so you will hear vehicles. All in all, it was a place for me and my family to sleep. My suggestion is if you can afford another space in this area do it. If not, try it out but don’t expect it to be a fancy place to stay.

Good Stay

Good stay. Mattress a little soft, towels need replaced (smelled sour even after washing), probably need someone to clean the wash machine, didn’t use but microwave door can’t open. I guess if I ran a BnB, I would put more into it and maybe charge a little more? However, Vanessa was great to work with, price was right, and we enjoyed our stay.

Vanessa was nice but was not good at responding timely in the app.We stayed for two nights, I’m glad we didn’t book for longer. The sheets were a weird material so they felt sticky. The place was musty, the AC units were dirty which made me nervous we were going to get sick from using them. The washer needs to be cleaned, it has mold on it and it smells. I wanted to do laundry since this was the middle of our two week long trip but didn’t because of the washer. The WiFi wouldn’t connect to the TV for us so we couldn’t use the TV in the bedroom. however, It was spacious and I loved the location.

Amazing!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo in Turtle Bay, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel so welcoming and cozy. The location was perfect - surrounded by nature and minutes away from the beach which made our stay even more enjoyable.One of the standout aspects of our experience was the incredible communication from the owners. They were attentive and responsive throughout our stay, providing helpful tips about local attractions and ensuring all our needs were met. It truly felt like they cared about making our visit as enjoyable as possible.Overall, our time in Turtle Bay was amazing, and I would undoubtedly stay at this condo again. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with attentive hosts, this is the place to be!

Do not stay here!

Upon arrival, we were shocked by the state of the unit. The issues included:‱Mold on the ceiling‱A strong, unpleasant odor throughout the space‱Only three towels provided, all of which were stained and had a foul smell‱No extra bedding for the sleeper sofa‱The unit was generally unclean and unsanitary‱There were bugs throughout the property‱The listing was highly misleading, using terms like “luxury” and “nice” that did not reflect the actual condition of the spaceDue to these unacceptable conditions, we made the decision to leave immediately and secure alternative accommodations at our own cost.

1st experience with VRBO

Wouldn’t recommend it. Microwave didn’t work, so no light or fan over stove top. Light over kitchen sink didn’t work. Noisy because it was by a road. The louver windows did not close all the way allowing street noise to come in. No sliding screen door, and bugs could come in. Pantry was a total mess in disarray. Couldn’t use air conditioners they had mold on them. First time using VRBO, not sure if we will use again, can’t trust what we’ll get.
