The space
Welcome to your nest in the heart of Queen Anne Hill â just a two-minute stroll from Kerry Parkâs iconic skyline view. This private, second-floor flat rests above the former homes of two beloved Seattle institutions â Rafael Carrabba Violins and Queen Anne Roasters â and carries their creative spirit in every detail. Start your morning with a pour from the professional Rancilio espresso machine, prep dinner in the fully stocked kitchen (yes, thereâs a paella pan), and end the day on the rooftop deck with a sunset BBQ.
Inside, youâll find a California King bed, a jacuzzi tub, a cozy wood-burning stove, and thoughtful touches around every corner. Light-filled, serene, and steps away from some of the cityâs best restaurants, cafĂ©s, and parks. The Queen Anne neighborhood offers the best of both worlds: quiet streets, and vibrant local life. If you like to explore, bring your camera and walking shoes â the hillside is scattered with vistas overlooking downtown and the Puget Sound. With bus lines just outside and ample street parking, youâre tucked away among the trees, but well connected to everything Seattle has to offer.
