This historic home was originally The Martinique bar and was converted to a home in 1982.
In 2014 the entire home was completely gutted and rebuilt.
Each bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful nightâs sleep. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, so youâll be comfortable year-round. After a day of adventure, unwind in the bathroomâs full bathtub.
Guests have their own private entrance and exclusive use of the entire top-floor apartment. The homeowner resides on the separate downstairs level, ensuring both privacy and convenience.
Enjoy direct lake access with a shared backyard dockâperfect for fishing, swimming, or setting out on one of the available kayaks and paddleboards.

Many short-term rental homes are located in coves with weedy properties that you can't really swim from. Our home offers main lake views. We provide kayaks and paddleboards (with life jackets) to allow you to enjoy the lake. We also have stairs and a raft to allow you to swim in the backyard.
There is a grill on your private balcony, as well as in the backyard. We have great fishing right from our dock,
