Very clean with excellent air conditioning, comfortable patio, nice lake views. Be mindful of 107 stairs from the unit to the dock. Kayaking was fun.

We loved it! The living space was super clean and very nice. 2nd bedroom has an extra trundle bed under the full (I think another twin). Very nice new bathroom and shower. Early sun so you might want to bring blackout shades. Only downsides were no adjacent outdoor space and about 200 steps up/down to the dock.

Amazing Lakehouse

Enjoyed spending time on Hopatcong lake in the house. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The deck was so relaxing and so beautiful. The stairs were a bit rough. Especially if I had to bring food/drinks down but is a minor inconvenience compared to the whole experience. Loved that it was pet friendly!!

Lovely little space

Completely redone/new. We think it may have just been done, because there were sparse kitchenware. Enough for two, and we managed to cook, but definitely needs an upgrade as far as pots, pans, utensils and dishware. Keep in mind there is no yard, so if you bring pets plan on going to Hopatcong State Park (three minute drive) to walk them. Also, it’s on a hill and the dock and lake are only accessible by many steep steps.

Clean & modern

House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.

Cute lake house

Steve was very responsive and accommodating to every question or request we had. A House was clean. Beds were really comfortable. Parking for 2 cars was great. View was great Would book again.

Cozy lake stay

Fantastic and cozy lake house, with quick access to the lake. Clean property with all the amenities, and close by local shops and attractions. Owner was very curteous, and the kayaks were a nice way to access the water :) Overall a wonderful stay for an affordable cost

Could be better

Mini split in master not working. No top sheets on beds. Just nattress sheet and 1 comforter. Long walk down to lake. Beautidul views. Blinds have missing slats. In morning very bright in dining are. Mattresses and pillows not good.
