Perfect getaway

Fantastic!

This wonderful condo, with it’s perfect views extending from north to south, made for the best stay in Vero Beach. I am certainly hoping to revisit this property very soon. This condo is really nice, very comfortable. It comes with everything needed for a very easy month’s stay. This includes very large & comfortable rooms, all the extras for vacation fun, and those “oh such great views!” One can’t help but smile!

Condo with a view

The apartment is roomy, comfortable, and well located. Marjorie was a welcoming host. She ushered us into her apartment and explained how the amenities in the well appointed apartment functioned. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and the sea view dramatic. There are several walkable upscale restaurants nearby and an easy 5 minute drive into downtown Vero. Parking is adequate. Overall, the apartment is an excellent vacation rental.

Stunning views

Absolutely beautiful condo! Loved it being the top floor and corner views and balcony all the way across the front and Master bedroom! Beautiful sliding doors across the whole front of the condo and Master Bedroom. You can see the ocean from the beautiful living room and Master bedroom. Wonderful fully stocked kitchen, restaurants within walking distance and within a two mile drive. Very quiet area and beach! Easy check in with Marjorie! She is the best! We loved this beautiful condo and hope to be back one day!!

Vero paradise

My trip had to be postponed for a week because of hurricane Milton so instead of staying for a month I was only able to stay for three weeks. I contacted VRBO and my host Marj. She also called VRBO and approved the refund. It took multiple phone calls from both of us to VRBO to resolve the issue. I finally got it thanks to Marj. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with. It should not have been so difficult. Instead of VRBO refunding me, they sent Marj a refund for the whole month and made her refund me by check.. And they kept all their fees! For the amount they charged me for fees they should have simply refunded my credit card. It should not have been so difficult. Thank goodness Marj was so helpful.

I know Milton messed up quite a few people's vacations - flights were cancelled, homes were destroyed people couldn't communicate with the rest of the world, etc. VRBO didn't have to add to the chaos! When people were forced to miss out - due to a horrible freak of nature - those involved should have been immediately refunded for the week or 2 they missed out on. I'm glad you were able to enjoy the 3 weeks that you had here.

Best view in all of Vero Beach!

The condo has a unique view of the ocean, beach and dunes from the North to the South which cannot be surpassed by any other property in Vero Beach. The condo is delightfully decorated, welcoming and clean. Marj is a wonderful owner who is caring, accessible, and helpful. We would recommend this unit without any hesitation whatsoever.

Unforgettable in Every Way

This is an amazing property, and Marj is a fantastic host! The photos in her listing are all spot on. The unit is clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. Fabulous views of the ocean and steps away from a quiet beach. She has stocked it with everything you might need. Watching the sunrise and listening to waves crash on the shore while sitting on the balcony and reading occupied multiple hours each day for me. The unit is well-furnished to relax or entertain family and friends indoors or on either of two balconies. I have nothing but accolades for Marj, who met me for a tour of her unit, left a notebook of pointers for her condo and the development, and sent copies of monthly calendars of local activities. She is the perfect amount of engaged and available for this guest! Thank you. We absolutely plan to return someday! Beth

Close to heaven!

Sunny, cheerful, roomy beachfront penthouse! I am not a person who is easily impressed with rentals but this time was the exception. Marj, the owner, was there to greet us and was so helpful and gracious in explaining all the amenities. I have never felt so comfortable! And our furry daughter loved sitting on the spacious balconies surveying her kingdom below! Even the pandemic couldn’t ruin that magical view! Thank you Marj!

Living the dream in paradise

The view is beyond words - undoubtedly the best on Vero Beach, by far. We started the day with incredible sunrises and enjoyed the moon lit shimmering Atlantic waters from the spacious balcony. The beach is wonderful. Great for family fun, fishing, and sun bathing. Marjorie is an outstanding host. She thoughtfully equipped the condo which made our stay most enjoyable. The neighbors were extremely friendly. The neighborhood has exquisite restraunts within walking distance. We look forward to a return visit to Vero Beach.

Paradise!!!!!

First of all, Marjorie, the owner, it's extremely nice and easygoing as well as the neighbors I met. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Excellent mattresses. Well appointed kitchen make it a pleasure to cook. Very nice bathrooms. The beach is beautiful. Cable, perfect, as well as Internet. Nearby is everything you would need. An excellent Fresh Market as well as Publix. All in all, I hope to come back next year. And the most important part for me, my cats were allowed to stay and I think they enjoyed the stay as well. Thanks a lot, Marjorie!!!!

We visited this property every summer when our boys were young, until they grew up and flew the coupe. It was a great place to go and kept them very happy and active - swimming, boogie-boarding, surf-boarding, fishing, turtle watching, shell collecting, etc. After being away for several years, we rediscovered the beauty and tranquility once again and started looking for our own piece of paradise to own. We were lucky enough to find the best unit in our favorite building that gave us so many wonderful memories.
