The Space:
Step inside and settle into the spacious main living room, where a large wraparound couch faces a smart TV and sliding glass doors that frame stunning lake views. Step out onto the balcony to sip your morning coffee at a high-top table for two, or simply relax and take in the beauty of the water. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, counter seating, and a charming coffee station with both Keurig and drip options, while the dining table for six makes gathering together a breeze.

On the lower level, you’ll find a cozy den designed for fun and relaxation. Challenge friends to a round of Golden Tee or Pac-Man, sink into the wraparound couch and chairs for a movie night, or whip up a quick snack in the convenient kitchenette. When it’s time to head outdoors, the patio invites you with a dining table for alfresco meals, a grill, a bubbling hot tub, and plenty of seating for soaking up lake life. Your private dock is the ultimate hangout, complete with a dining table, seating, and a bar for lakeside entertaining. Take advantage of included kayaks, a water trampoline, and a floating water mat for endless hours of fun right on the water.

The fenced area in the yard provides the perfect space for your dogs to enjoy safely, while a great firepit near the water sets the scene for unforgettable evenings under the stars.

This home comfortably sleeps 18 guests between 4 private bedrooms and 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds in the basement living space.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, lounge space, a smart TV, and patio access.

This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, another with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 5 vehicles.
• Guests are welcome to use both boat slips and the PWC lift on the dock during their stay. Please note that all dock facilities are use at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to boats, PWCs, or other watercraft while tied to or using the dock.
• Guests are expected to use the hot tub responsibly. Any misuse that results in draining, damage, or excessive cleaning may result in fines of up to $500.
• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please follow these guidelines:
o Maximum of 2 pets per stay (dogs only). Only dogs under 60 pounds are permitted. Pets over this weight limit are not allowed.
o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the owner’s control at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless secured in a crate or carrier. Please bring your pet’s bedding or crate. Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas.
o Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets inside the rental and in surrounding areas.
o Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Guests must comply with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must remain on a leash when outside.
o Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund. By bringing your pet, you agree to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras:
o (1) located at the front door and monitoring the aera near the front door
o (2) located at the garage’s main door to the side of the home and actively monitoring the driveway,
o (3) located at the back of the home and actively monitoring the dock on the lake.
