Pictures accurate, beautiful views from 3 different balconies. Comfortable, good working AC, clean fresh painted and updated home furnishings,comfortable bed and coverings extra blankets in closet. Found a stand fan in closet it is operational but flimsy structure. A great regular large washer/dryer in unit that cleans well. 2 Pools available on site- favorite is Hampton South just outside the unit which is Clean and well maintained with nicer pool furniture. Found later their are Bathrooms located in the parking garage around the corner of pool opening . A Walk to beach easy, close with new boardwalk with rinse off area. Nice seating and solar lights on balconies. Host responds quickly with questions. Only a few Cons: operating the Tvs are painful juggling between 2 remotes all the time to watch tv but you have lots of choices to able to choose live digital and Spectrum cable. No instructions on how to use remotes to get to watch Either type. Took some time over the days to get used to them. Someone put the tv box up teetering on the back of the TV swing arm without securing and it almost fell on the small glass table. I rearranged cables to box and placed on table for next visitor so it wont fall and break something. Hard to close slider doors out on balconies Need more updated cooking pots/pans andl serving bowls. 1/2 gal pitcher. Ice maker is slow to provide cubes. Floors felt gritty with sand on arrival. Used the vacuum in unit which worked poorly
