The space
Both living areas and King bedrooms in this home have TVs. The kitchen is stocked to make meal prep easy, and the laundry area includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. You can enjoy the spacious fenced backyard with a deck, great for outdoor gatherings.

One bedroom has a desk and workspace for anyone who needs to be productive. Pets may be accepted for an extra fee, (please check our pet policy).

The number of guests and pets must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Pet Policy:
- All pets must be pre-approved and listed on the reservation at the time of booking. If it is apparent that a non-disclosed pet was in the unit, we will request a pet fee from you upon checkout.
- A maximum of two dogs is permitted.
- Only housebroken pets are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
- Pet waste bags are available for your convenience. Please clean up after your pet, ensuring no trace of them in the yard or house.
- Pets must not be left alone at any time.
- A non-refundable base fee of $50 per pet is required for each stay. Additional charges may be applied for any extra cleaning of pet hair or waste to ensure the property is restored to its original condition.
- Visitors of the guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the property without prior consent from the host and payment of the required $50 fee.
