The space
You and your group will adore this stunning & spacious downtown 5th floor loft located right on the popular Washington Avenue in St. Louis! You will be in a prime location and can walk to so many restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, and even attractions like The City Museum, blues & cardinal games, convention center and Union Station! With a his and her rainfall shower, luxury bedding, towels, and furnishings…you won’t want to leave!

The space
This gorgeous loft features high ceilings, large windows with a view, large walk in closet, hardwood floors , and in unit laundry! You will be located on the 5th floor. The building has a very private feel with only 4 units spaced out on each floor. The lofts have great insulation and sound from other units is rarely heard. The space has an open concept with a living, dining, arcade games area, and kitchen areas all connected with exposed wood ceilings and ducts. Down the hallway are both bedrooms (king/queen). The master king bedroom is connected to the full bathroom with a standing his and her rainfall shower. There’s a walk in closet available with full length mirrors. The queen suite is located across from the master. There’s a queen self inflatable air mattress, if needed in the laundry room along with extra sheets, pillows, and comforters. Pack and play for your infant/baby is available upon requests.

The unit features a fully equipped kitchen and large kitchen island perfect for home cooked meals while entertaining your group. There’s a Dining room table for more romantic dining. Other highlights in the unit include:

-Large smartTV (60”) in the living room, and master suite with built-in Netflix, Roku and More
-Arcade games/foosball tables
-Tons of natural light from the large windows
-In unit laundry with washer and dryer
-Nespresso gourmet coffee/espresso machine (Nespresso pods provided)

CHECKING IN: You will check in at the back entrance of the building. There is a lockbox (BRINKS) on the handrail outside the back entrance that contains the gate remote & fobs you will need to get you in the building and access to the elevator to get the the 5th floor. You will need this fob throughout your entire stay. ONE fobs is provided. These are very expensive to replace, therefore if it is lost during your stay you will be responsible for the replacement fee of $50. If the garage opener is lost or broken, a $100 replacement fee will be applied as well.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. You will only be allowed access to the 5th floor of the building as well as the 1st floor lobby and gated parking lot

Other things to note
There’s a nice park with a playground just down the corner for yourself and kids to relax and have a nice picnic or get a bit of fresh air and sun.
