With 8 bedrooms including 7 king beds and 1 bunk bed, and 9 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, this adorable property is perfect for large groups or families looking for a relaxing getaway. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Anna Maria and our house has to offer. Float around the lazy river pool, unwind in the spa, or challenge friends and family to a game on the putting green!

Amazing property!! We celebrated my 50th birthday with family and friends and could not have picked a better spot! We never really had to leave. Everyone had their own space and bathroom which was important. The pool was so amazing for the 5 kids ranging 3-14. Even adults absolutely loved it! Will be back! Owners so responsive which is amazing

It would only let me do 4 stars it wouldn't let me see the fifth one and I couldn't zoom in or out or turn screen ...anyways hands down best house ever... sunrise and sunset was beautiful..... lazy river so much fun the house stayed cool sound didn't travel through house easily beds were comfy and showers had water pressure.... Cara and Jeff were amazing and quick to respond back.... I will def be returning my family was so impressed with the house and decor pictures do not do the justice

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Cara was the most fantastic host. We traveled with kids, and she had a pack n play and a high chair we were able to borrow which made traveling that much easier. The house is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. It was a quick walk to the beach and we split our time between there and the pool. This property is a gem, and look forward to the day when we can come back.

This is a very nice property, and the hosts are very responsive. Things to know. The house is perfect for about 13 (assuming a number of couples) and can stretch to 15 pretty easily. We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom which was important to my family. You have beach views from the balcony's. You have an elevator for those who cannot do the stairs. This house is an upscale destination that is going to be acceptable for a 1%er or a large family gathering. You are walking distance (a block) off the beach and it is stunning. Getting on the island (and off) does take time so plan extra time if you are going to be traveling from the house. The house is located at the northern tip of the island. During busy times it adds 25 minutes to your trip easily. Early morning had no traffic when we stayed. I made a bagel and coffee run without a problem (Paradise Bagel and Duncan). We cooked in the kitchen and made some meals together (plan reservations for large parties months in advance) and had most everything we needed. Overall our trip was a wonderful success and the house created a great place for us to relax and enjoy each others company.

Wonderful Multi-Generational Family Trip! This house and the accommodations were thoughtfully designed to create a wonderful, relaxing vacation experience - especially for large groups. Beach wagons, toys, chairs, and towels are all provided. A beautiful, uncrowded beach is steps away. All the shops and restaurants of Anna Maria are a short drive away. Young and old alike enjoyed the location and house! Can’t wait to go back!

The elevator was a big aspect to meet the family need for older adults but the elevator broken on the first day and was never fixed. The cleanliness of the pool on our first day did not meet our expectation.

Amazing home! Beautiful, spacious, great location with many bedrooms and bathrooms to host a large group! Loved hanging out at the beach and then moving into the lazy river and downstairs community area in the afternoon. Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! Our group will be back!!!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped. The lazy river pool was both relaxing for the adults and a huge hit with our little kids, who loved floating around it for hours. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful, crystal-clear water whenever we wanted. We also appreciated the abundance of beach gear provided, including chairs, toys, and other equipment that made beach days easy and enjoyable. Cara was a 10/10 host- responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again.
