Welcome to #WeekendSuits-Sunnyside Lakehouse! Take it easy and truly relax in our year-round 4-bedroom lake house nestled on the tranquil and pristine south end of Canandaigua Lake.
With incredible views, access to a private dock (boat launch is directly across the lake from us), and 50 feet of waterfront it Is the perfect spot for a nature lovers getaway with family and friends.

Inside the Property
Entering the house, be welcomed by a beautiful, knotty-pine, well-stocked game room. Enjoy provided games like chess, board games, foosball and more. Walk into a completely outfitted kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The island with stools and the dining table for six will give you plenty of seating for your family and friends. The hall off the kitchen is where you will find a half bathroom and laundry room. Across from the kitchen is a cozy living room where you can relax and watch your favorite movies on a 60” Smart TV.
Double glass doors give access to the screened porch. Here you can enjoy the beautiful lake views while sitting on the outdoor couches for happy hour or eating Naples famous Grape Pie at the table that seats six.
On the second floor you will find the four bedrooms that were designed with your comfort in mind. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds, ceiling fans and smart TVs. The fourth bedroom has twin size bunkbeds. The full bathroom with a tub and shower is also located upstairs.

Outside Area
The driveway and parking spots next to the shed, give room for up to 5 cars to be parked.
Walking out from the screen porch into the yard you will find a flat, grassy area, leading to the dock, that is great for fishing, and launch for the non-motorized watercrafts. The yard is perfect for playing cornhole or any of the many yard games we provide. Here you will also find a propane grill and outdoor dining table for six, for those who enjoy dining in the sunshine.
In the evening, watch the sun setting behind the beautiful Bristol Mountains while you sip wine or beer from one of the nearby wineries or breweries you explored earlier in the day. Once the sun has set, get cozy around the firepit on the Adirondack chairs and enjoy roasting marshmallows while star gazing.
With access to the West River Marsh, you will find it easy to explore the canals or lake using the 3 kayaks, 1 Jon boat or the paddle board, that we provide (please note: use at your own risk. Life jackets of various sizes are provided).
The south end of the lake is very quiet making it even more enjoyable to enjoy the amazing views, non motor water sports and wildlife. Depending on the time of year and water level, it can be shallow with lily pads/lotus flowers and seaweed. However, you can take the paddle boards or tubes out farther and have lots of fun swimming.
Smith Boys Marina is located directly across the lake with boat launch, gasoline fill-stations and boat rentals. The north end and city of Canandaigua is a scenic boat ride away.

Whether you’re in town for summer water activities, wine tours, a fishing or hunting vacation, a golf trip, to hit the slopes at Bristol Mountain, or just to completely unplug, #WeekendSuits-Sunnyside is the perfect location! It is available to rent year-round to help you explore the heart of the Finger Lakes region, or as my grandfather always called it…. “God’s Country!” It is a beautiful, special place and we look forward to hosting you in our vacation home.



Things To Note
• The property is on well water and septic. It is filtered using Anderson Water System with drinkable water located in the dispenser at the kitchen sink and fridge. No bottle water needed.
• Although we have professional year-round pest control services, being lakeside, you are subject to mother nature.
• Gas Stove in Game Room is NON-working- We do not have this connected for safety purposes.
• Parties’ events and unregistered guests are prohibited.
• Good Neighbor Statement: This home is in a residential area and guests shall be courteous and respectful of the property and privacy rights of the residents of the neighboring houses and properties.
• All fires must be attended.
• The use of fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited.
• Children are included in the maximum occupancy.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside rental including screen porch.
• Home is not handicap accessible.
• Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes. Our end of the lake can get very weedy, causing issues with some types of motors.
• Outdoor amenities, including furniture/ watercraft/ dock, may not be available between October 15- May 15*
