Ce condo de 3 chambres / 4 salles de bain à la décoration professionnelle, situé au 28e étage du bâtiment Phoenix West II, offre une belle escapade de luxe. Les fenêtres du sol au plafond ouvrent le salon jusqu'au balcon qui offre certaines des meilleures vues de la région et peut-être sur toute la côte du golfe! Notre condo a tout ce que vous pourriez demander quand il est temps de s'évader! Le salon peut accueillir confortablement 8 à 10 personnes avec un canapé-lit. Il y a 4 téléviseurs à écran plat pour votre divertissement. La cuisine a tous les appareils et il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur dans le condo afin que vous n'ayez pas à apporter votre garde-robe complète. Pas de procédure d'enregistrement pour gérer ou faire la queue. Lorsque vous arrivez, allez directement à votre condo et enfilez votre maillot de bain - puis allez à la plage!

La chambre principale a un lit King Size et salle de bain principale privée. La première chambre a un lit King Size et salle de bain privée complète. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits Queen Size et une salle de bain privée. Il y a aussi un 4ème bain d'invité complet! Tous les lits disposent de draps surclassés!

Phoenix West II possède plus de 500 pieds de plage privée, une salle d'entraînement, une piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée, un bain à remous, un hammam, un sauna, un espace grillade, un terrain de volley-ball, des supports à vélos, un parking couvert et bien plus encore. Il y a beaucoup de boutiques et de divertissements à proximité, ainsi que la proximité des parcs d'État et nationaux qui mettent en valeur la beauté naturelle de ce coin bien doté du monde. Nous sommes situés au centre du parc d'État, Gulf Shores et Orange Beach

Everything about our stay was great. The condo was beautiful and stocked with all the essentials. We will be booking this condo next time. Loved it. We can’t say enough nice things about The Oasis. It’s the perfect place to stay.

The condo was great, well furnished, well stocked with kitchen supplies, fairly clean, and comfy furniture and beds. My only complaint is the property management company. When we arrived, the fire alarms were beeping with low batteries. We followed the instructions to text and call the property management company. The texts were clearly automated because they kept asking the same questions. When we called, they told us someone would come but never did. We were running to get batteries at 9 pm to change ourselves so we could sleep without continuous beeping. There were a few general maintenance things, like the jets in the bathtub did not work properly, but otherwise the condo was great.

Great vaca

Condo was larger than I thought. We took our 4 boys, 3 of which play HS football = big goys. There was more than enough room. Line for slide can get long & the elevator can take a while. But the property is beautiful, beautiful view, & front gate staff was very helpful! Donut shop right across the road. I’d rent the chairs in front of condo, on the beach, EARLY. Not much room to set your own stuff up unless you walk a good ways. Every room has a private bath & there was an extra bathroom in the hall. Best condo that we’ve ever stayed in!

Kitchen was not good

The Phoenix West 2 has a nice outdoor and indoor pool. The sauna/fitness area is very sad. Our condo was ok, but the kitchen was very hard to function in. All the cookware was extremely old and some of the basic items were not there. The kitchen and master bathroom need improvements. Other than that the rest of the condo was ok.

Great Stay for Young Children

We just recently returned from a 4 night stay. Overall we had a good time and the kids loved the slide/lazy river. The walk to the beach is also much shorter than other condos we've stayed at in the past. Condo was clean and as described in photos. The living room furniture and the main tv could be updated. The biggest complaints are with the kitchen and the elevators. Kitchen was very sparse -- no forks/spoons, only a drawer of steak knives, no pitcher to make kids drinks, etc. Elevators are nightmares when busy. Often had to let 4, 5, 6, etc elevators come and go because they are full. Simply a terrible design (not the owners/management teams fault) to have 6 total elevators for 32 floors of condos.

We wish you would've called us about the missing kitchen utensils as we provide those in each condo, but sometimes prior guests can accidentally grab them on the way out! We have let the inspectors know so they can replace those missing items, but next time let us know so we can deliver them to you! Also, we are sorry to hear about the elevator wait time, as that can be expected during the Summer Peak season. We encourage you to come down during the fall break when it's cooler, as there are less people to avoid elevator traffic! We are glad overall you enjoyed your stay and the proximity to the beach! A very nice condo

The condo was very nice and had beautiful furniture, but needed better cleaning, after all we pay a healthy cleaning fee. There was mold in and around the showers, really disgusting. I called and someone responded promptly. Someone was sent the next morning (we were leaving for dinner that night) to address this and clean again but they sprayed beach and rinsed. (it needs more cleaning but was much better) There was a layer of dust on the headboards of the beds and they did wipe it off. It took 2 hands to flush the toilets, because of the internal workings of the toilet. They are aware of this and it cannot be changed. My daughter has an autoimmune disease and we really try to make sure our surroundings are clean. I will stay in this complex again but probably not this unit

Third stay in same unit

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this particular unit. >The unit has some cleanliness issues: - Ice maker has mold in it. -Shower in master has mold in it all along the bottom where the pan and glass meet. -Living room carpet is filthy. -Counters were sticky and had food residue all over them when we checked in. The provisions in the kitchen are a joke. - Knives are dull. - One OLD glass cutting board ? (Same one that we used 7 years ago) - Literally NO food storage containers, zip loc bags, foil, salt.and pepper, coffee filters, etc. This stuff is expected - granted we pack 95% of need, but this stuff is basic and for the $$ should be provided. >Trash can is disgusting - filthy dirty AND bags that are provided are incredibly thin. EVERY bag has broken with normal trash load. >Bed pillows are flat and old - very uncomfortable. ALL of our guests have said the same about each bedroom. We paid a lot of money for this condo and quite frankly, I bragged about how awesome it was to my friends - I have had to apologize to each of them for the condition of the unit. It's unfortunate - it's a prime location and a beautiful condo - It could get more $$ per night if the experience was 5-Star. It would cost nothing in comparison to stock the kitchen with necessities and have a deep clean done regularly.

Perfect beach condo for 3 couples

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful and clean condo right on the beach! Our party consisted of 3 couples and this was the perfect setup. Each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom, plus an additional full bath in the hallway that had a washer and dryer in it. The pictures accurately represent the beautiful decor and excellent condition of the condo. Beds and linens were very comfortable. We loved it! The view from the patio was awesome! Able to watch the sunrise every day. The first time on the balcony was a little unsettling just because it is on the 28th floor, but once we got used to it is was fabulous. The only downside was that the balconies are close together so it is not private when other residents are out on their balconies. Inside of condo is very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear the other residents at all when we were inside. There is a comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a nice dining area. The kitchen is modern and open. There is an ice maker in the bar area, which is great, since the fridge ice maker had a hard time keeping up with our demand (we like ice!). We would highly recommend this condo - it has the feel of a hotel when entering the large building, but the comfort of a home when inside the condo and it is in a great location along Orange Beach and close to Gulf Shores. A Walmart and Publix Market are just a couple minutes away so it is easy to run out and get supplies and snacks. Ike's beach chair rental is easy to work with and already set up on the beach in front of the building if you want to rent a lounger and an umbrella. The checking in and out process is super easy and Emma was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions while we were planning our Beach Getaway.

Family Vacation

Unit was nice and spacious for our family, had everything we needed (carpets prob need a deep cleaning). Balcony was great with awesome views. Kids enjoyed the pools. Guys setting up our chairs/umbrellas were very courteous. Only complaint were the elevators. Not enough elevators (6) for such a big building so our waits were 15 minutes plus each time.

The property has been maintained very well. Some things were a bit worn and needed to be replaced, but overall, we felt it was in good condition and our stay was very comfortable. Clean, all the amenities, amazing view and convenient location!

Nice condo but outdated

Great check in process. Furniture in living area worn and dirty. Patio furniture seems outdated. Kitchen garbage can still had food around edges, very dirty. Pillow shams are stained. Open space, great view. Unit just needs updating and a thorough clean.

The place was great. Needs new cookware, stove, and dishwasher. I really don't have anything to complain about, except - I feel like paying $5,000 a week would come WITH parking passes rather than an additional $35 per car.

I do understand your frustration about the parking passes. However, parking is regulated by the HOA of the resort and they require the guests to purchase them when they arrive. I hope that since you had such a great time, you don't let that stop you from coming back. We'd certainly love to have y'all visit again, very soon. Wonderful Condo

The condo was awesome very clean and spacious it exceeded my expectations. The only problem I had was phone service but other then that when I come back too Orange beach I will try too book this condo.
