Unité de coin en bord de mer magnifique à Phoenix West II!Rivière tranquille!!

Ceci est un condo Gulf Front, le balcon donne sur la plage et du Golfe !!! Dans le coin sud-ouest avec des vues incroyables couchers de soleil !!!

Soyez le premier à se détendre et profiter de votre séjour dans cette joliment aménagées, décorées par des professionnels avec 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains appartement. Aucune dépense n'a été sparred lors de la décoration de ce condo, avec des armoires amélioré dans la cuisine, carrelage partout, des oeuvres d'art personnalisé et un décor moderne! Nous avons ajouté des rideaux dans le salon pour bloquer le soleil de l'après-midi!

En entrant, vous ne pouvez pas empêcher de laisser échapper un soupir et laissez vos soucis disparaissent comme vous détendre dans ce 2600 sq ft condo. Ce coin plein sud salon a de grandes baies vitrées et à couper le souffle couchers de soleil. Un wet-bar, un système stéréo et machine à glaçons permettra d'améliorer toute partie. Profitez également des vues depuis les chambres que chacun a son propre balcon !!

La chambre principale de l'appartement dispose d'un lit king size, de même que les chambres 2e et 3e tandis que la 4ème chambre a une reine. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon sont en fournissant un hébergement de couchage pour 10.

Pour votre confort, nous avons installé une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé de sorte que vous et votre famille / amis ne devez pas faire face à toutes les clés au cours de votre séjour!

Profitez d'une baignade dans la grande rivière artificielle, tandis que les enfants passent des heures à profiter de la baby-sitting! La piscine intérieure chauffée est parfait pour les journées plus fraîches. Près de la piscine couverte, vous trouverez un grand état de la salle d'exercice de l'art. Vous avez un parking couvert dans le garage.

Parking: Vous devez acheter votre permis de stationnement à l'arrivée, ils sont une redevance unique de 28 $ par véhicule. Quelque soit l’unité louée chez Phoenix West II, vous pouvez acheter jusqu’à TROIS laissez-passer de stationnement. La réception vous vendra des laissez-passer supplémentaires en fonction de l’occupation du complexe pendant votre séjour. Ne vous attendez pas à un autre pendant la saison estivale.

We stayed for an extended weekend over the Thanksgiving. My wife and I and 3 basically adult daughters, as well as my parents. 28th floor provided some great views of the Gulf, and of Gulf Shores just down the parkway. Everything was clean and as described. The elevators were fine once the move-in rush died down a little bit, but I could see the elevators being overly crowded in the summer months. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Everything Was Excellent!

As everyone else has said, the host is outstanding. The room was very clean with amazing view and very well decorated with what looked like new furnishings. The parking was easy and the elevators were fast. Would definitely stay here again

Yearly friends getaway

Our group of 7 loved this condo. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the ocean. Only thing is they could use more elevators. Depending on the time of day they can get pretty busy. The place is amazing though!

Perfect for multiple families

We had a group of 9 of us staying together (3 families) and this worked perfectly for us. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Indoor pool was warm. We played pickleball numerous times. Elevators were quick (something I wondered about when booking a condo on the 28th floor!). Would definitely recommend.

This made the large room very hot and bright with afternoon sun. Some sort of shade needs to be placed in the room.

I have read reviews about the long waits on the elevators and we did not experience any long wait times. We traveled with 4 couples and each couple got their own room with a bathroom. The only complaint would be that the dishes were not washed very well before us, we had to rewash everything we used. Pick up more toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, as we noticed we ran out really fast with what was provided. Otherwise this was a great place to stay and would stay here again.

The recommendations for improvement would be to replace the pans in the kitchen as they were warped and scratched up and look in another mattress for the master bedroom as it was not very comfortable (all the other beds were in much better shape - not as hard). The pool and beach were very well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

Spacious condo

The check-in process was quick and easy. This condo is on the 28th floor which is great for the view. We only had to wait twice for a significant amt of time for the elevators. It’s a great corner unit but we were bummed the sunsets weren't over the water. The bar area could use some love. There was no muddler to make drinks and the glass shelves weren’t dusted. The ice maker was fabulous tho! Overall we had a great time and i’d recommend this unit for large groups - the patio is roomy. We had a couple rainy days and we’re able to enjoy time on the patio.

Great condo - missing a few things

Loved the condo! Big, clean, quiet and roomy. Just a couple things kept us from giving it a full five stars. The washer and dryer don’t work properly. The water in the fridge doesn’t work. The ELEVATORS…. They are aweful. The need more at peak times. For a place this size six elevators are about far from enough. Lot of time spent waiting on elevators.

Perfect Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought the unit was overpriced but once we arrived we were very satisfied. Very clean unit and building. Plenty of space for 8 people to have their privacy but family time also. The saying "You get what you pay for" is very true in our stay at Phoenix West II. All the guest were very polite and respectful. That was worth the extra money we normally would pay for a condo unit. The lazy river and slide was so much fun. We enjoyed the huge indoor pool when we were tired of the sun and heat. Plenty of delicious places to choose from to eat plus the well equipped kitchen for breakfast and lunch. I would love to stay in this unit again on our next trip to Orange Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit is extremely nice, and very spacious. We had two little kids with us so we had pack and plays, high chairs, walkers, strollers, etc. and there was more than enough space for everything. The beds were comfortable, nice showers and tv's. Our only complaint was with the cleaning service. The floors were not swept or mopped before we got there. If you took your shoes off, your feet were black within minutes. We had to go buy a broom and mop to get everything cleaned up. We are hoping it was just a careless, one-time mistake. I would rent this unit again, I would just make sure it was cleaned properly, or be giving someone a call to handle things immediately. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Unhappy customer

The wait for the elevators was absolutely unacceptable. 30-40 minute wait at times for an elevator. Long lines to wait for an elevator on the bottom floor at the end of the day. The beach was entirely too crowded. We rented chairs from Ike’s to try and reserve waterfront space, and the chairs were so tightly placed together, it was like we were sharing with neighbors. We had a 4 bedroom condo, only received 3 parking passes, my family members were left to park in public parking miles away. We had visitors who attempted to visit us for dinner, they were turned around and told they could not come. There were dirty towels and laundry left in the room on check in day. There was also sandy beach toys left in a closet.

Thank you for the review. Yes during check in/out times the elevator wait can be a bit long. During the peak summer season the front desk does typically restrict parking to three parking passes for a 4 bedroom unit. Visitors are definitely welcome, next time please contact us immediately and we will make sure they get in. In the laundry room there is a bin of “worn” towels for our guests use for spills so the regular bath towels are not used for clean ups. Look forward to hearing from you for next year.
