Cette reconstruction complÚte de 1880 est la maison de vacances nostalgique parfaite avec sa cuisine ouverte et son salon affichant le parement de cÚdre vieux de 130 ans et la planche à perle d'origine. Ce chalet «unique en son genre» possÚde toutes les commodités modernes, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable aux écrans plats HD et aux lecteurs Blue Ray dans plusieurs chambres, tout en préservant les équipements du vieux monde dans la spacieuse baignoire sur pattes. Vous pouvez vous reposer et vous détendre dans l'un des deux coins salons extérieurs donnant sur une grande cour clÎturée ombragée par des pacanes centenaires. Ou, vous pouvez regarder les étoiles tout en vous relaxant sur votre balcon privé.

Une fois ici, vous pourrez dĂ©couvrir les dĂ©lices de New Braunfels. Une promenade de cinq minutes vous emmĂšnera au premier parc aquatique du monde - Schlitterbahn. Ou, vous pouvez vous promener sur deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons jusqu'au parc Prince Solms et monter la chute Ă  tube ou flotter la riviĂšre. Vous cherchez une expĂ©rience culinaire unique? You’ll regret it
if you don’t stay here 😉!!!

This is an OUTSTANDING property, lots of space and true trip down memory lane for a reconditioned and updated house from days past. Super close to everything, even a quick 45 minute drive to San Antonio. A lot of great little shops and restaurants within walking distance. You won’t be sorry you opted to stay at the Pecan Cottage!!

So much fun!

Such a cute house

Thank you for letting us stay at your super cute house. We had a wonderful time and celebrated my birthday and my twin grandsons birthday. it was in a good area and everything was close by. We really enjoyed the water park and the river.

Family Vacay!

We came with our kids and grandkids for a little family vacay! The house was perfect and the grands were enthralled with the secret rooms and backyard! The kitchen had all the things needed for serving up meals after a day at the waterpark!Spacious home for 8 and walking distance to schlitterbaun! We had a blast and loved the charm of the home. Hosts made it all simple to check in and reach if there were questions. If you’re planning a trip to New Braunfels, check out the Pecan Cottage! You’ll absolutely love it!

Wedding home base

What a great location for our family home base for my daughter’s wedding in Cibolo. Had everything we needed. Lots of space for our family. Nice yard area for the kids and dogs. Beautiful home!

Best rental in New Braunfels

We have been going to Pecan Cottage for several years now. We only stay here because of its great features. It’s close to the river, well stocked, clean, roomy, and well laid out. The backyard is great for grilling, games and just overall fun for hanging out. We have fond memories as a family of spending time there celebrating birthdays, engagements and holidays. It is by far the one home that makes us feel like it’s our own! Thank you Melissa for being the most responsive and welcoming host!

Pecan Grove was magical and perfect for our gathering!

Wonderful setting for a family get together!! Many spaces for Clay of all ages and competitions and games! We enjoy being able to walk to downtown! We had an 18 month old with us and having the stroller and highchair option was so handy! We loved the private feel and the layout of the backyard.

Best trip

Pecan Cottage was an absolute delight! There was so much to do, and see, and eat all about town but we still found ourselves back at the house spending every evening in. Highly recommend this house to everyone and we will certainly be booking again when we are back in town!

Quick getaway for an end of year Comal float

Great property with plenty of room, comfortable beds, updated amenities. Location I was ideal, close to all activities in New Braunfels. Host was very personable and provided all the details before, during, and after our stay. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect house for our family with young kids!

This place was great for our family with four kids 10 and under. So much to do in the backyard, toys inside, and of course the TV in their special room! Will definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in New Braunfels again!

So much fun

Beautiful home in New Braunfels/ great location!

Our stay was nothing less than perfect! We were accommodated very well with prompt correspondence. The Hayes made the stay very welcoming with Wi-Fi passwords, children/ baby accommodations, and clear instructions for household amenities. We will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the new Braunfels area!

Memorial Weekend Getaway

This house is extremely well appointed with everything you need for a fun getaway. My grandkids as well as adults loved it. Within walking distance of Schlitterban, the Comal River and Nagelan's Bakery!!! All the best things in New Braunfels. Very clean and private. You will have a great stay here.

Perfect Getaway

The house is very cozy and nicely decorated. I was able to relax and feel at home away from home. There were toys for the kiddos as well. Loved the location as well. Very nice house in a cute little town. Ready to go back again.
