Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the livingroom with a spacious pull-out couch for a third guest. The room is complete with a TV and Roku setup for catching up on your favorite show and relaxing with a movie. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with two hot plates, a mini fridge and freezer, and a Keurig machine to fulfill your coffee needs. .

Walking up a shared staircase to another separate unit, the lofted bedroom is fully furnished with a spacious closet, a desk with fast WiFi, and a comfy queen-sized bed.

The unit itself is private and has its own keys to the first and second floors. There is a shared staircase that will be used to get between floors, which others will use to go to a seperate upper-unit. Please be mindful of their belongings throughout your stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Quiet Hours: We ask that guests observe 9:00 pm to 7:00 am as a quiet time. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a low noise level to ensure everyone has a restful evening.

No Smoking: Our property is a "non-smoking" zone. Kindly no smoking of any kind inside and outside the house. There will be a $350 fine.

Keys: A lost or misplaced key will result in a $250 replacement fee.
