The studio is well appointed and very convenient to public transportation. The host was easy to contact via the VBRO app. There are shops and some restaurants within walking distance. We love the Ballard neighborhood!

The place was cute, cozy, and comfortable, but a few things to note. There’s no kitchen sink, so you’ll need to rinse dishes or your coffee mug in the bathroom sink. The studio is very small (the photos make it appear larger), and the front door opens directly onto the sidewalk of a busy street. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not the spot, traffic noise goes late into the night. The host did provide earplugs and a sound machine, which helps, but the listing didn’t mention just how loud the location is. While the space itself is nicely set up, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise and lack of privacy from the street.

Ballard stay

This was our first time staying in a VRBO. We were delighted with the ease of the entire process. We were visiting our son that lives in Ballard so was easy to connect with him. Convenient location in Ballard

We enjoyed our stay in this small but well-appointed apartment. Although it does not have a full kitchen, it worked well for out needs. We would not hesitate to return next time we come to Seattle to visit family.

Great space for our needs

Communication was awesome-very responsive hosts.The studio was well sized and very clean, with one exception that a towel had what looked like old makeup stains on them (hence the sign to please not wipe off on towels)Accessing the studio was challenging, even with all the detailed keypad directions, so was very appreciative that they had keys as a backup. Thank you The reason I rated location less stars, and this is my fault for not knowing the area, is that it was on a very busy street. So if you’re a light sleeper like I am it was hard to sleep even with earplugs.

The place was great! Super cute, Clean, very nice. The only thing was the code was so confusing we had no idea what was going on. I’ve never seen a door code like that before, but luckily they had a key to use instead. The host always answered my messages fast which was nice. Very good place to stay and close to town. Recommend booking here.

Enjoyed my stay

I was in Seattle for the Taylor Swift concert (in Vancouver). I asked the host if there was any way to get into the unit earlier because I made a mistake and didn’t realize check in was at 4 and they helped me. I also had to leave my trip early and I had no problems.
