Air Conditioning & Temperature:

There is no air conditioning on the lower level of the home. However, the space is equipped with wall-mounted fans and generally remains comfortable and cool throughout the year. Air conditioning is available on the upper level, which also helps circulate cooler air throughout the home.

Bedroom Location:

All bedrooms are located on the lower (basement) level of the home. Guests should be comfortable using stairs to access the sleeping areas.

Storage & Mechanical Room Access:

One of the bedroom doors leads to a secured storage and mechanical room. Our maintenance team performs a brief daily inspection between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM, which typically takes only 1–2 minutes. You may hear the team during this time, but there is no need for concern! The bedroom-side door remains locked and secure at all times, and maintenance personnel do not enter the guest space.
