Thank you for your review, I noticed to only gave us 4 stars, can you please provide me the reason we missed out on 5 stars so we can improve for future guests.

Hello Jamie I have never received a rating like this before I wish you would have told me about the issue with the neighbours I am very sorry that happened , but we can not control what the neighbours do unless we are informed about it Can you please tell me which house the smoke was coming from ? As far as the expense goes, to have the amount of guests you had staying , the costs of a motel would be much more expensive Also , the rising costs of interest and insurance and other costs is the reason it the costs have had to rise Were you happy with the house , other than that issue ? One of the houses next to you is another holiday house , so those guests are now gone , so that issue does not exist anymore So it is important you tell where the smoke was coming from I do wish you would have spoken to me about this , as your review does have an huge impact on our business I hope your house was of a good standard other than that I will try to contact you regarding this issue Having to deal with situations and guests like this , might be the reason we will shut them all down Regards Annette
