Chiang Mai Luxury Pool Villa is a modern spacious pool villa nestled in the tropical nature adjacent to Chiang Mai's Ping river. Designed by the Thai-Italian architects Natural Living Properties Ltd., the villa is a 15- 20 minute drive from the International airport, and a 20-30 minute drive from Chiang Mai's old city. Offering a sleek mixture of high end sophistication and luxurious tradition, This villa is the perfect space for friends, families and couples looking to experience a luxurious getaway with maximum privacy.

A total of over 815 square meters, the pool villa and surrounding tropical garden can comfortably fit up to 10 guests at a time, with 12 possible. It contains five bedrooms (with complimentary toiletries for guests), a kitchen opening up to a comfortable living and dining room and views overlooking the verdant garden. The villa is fully air conditioned and has an indoor garage for up to two large cars and a motorcycle. The property is close to the Ping river and the landscaped garden attracts a variety of birds, adding to the charm of the area. The property's balconies offer unparalleled views of Chiang Mai's famous Doi Suthep mountain.

The private pool (40 square meters) is surrounded by a large deck and it's the coolest place to host parties, private yoga retreats or spend stress-free quality time with friends and family. The landscaped garden and secluded location means that you can have lively parties without turning down the music. There is the option to have fully catered parties arranged (including DJs, alcohol and food), or you can do your own thing. The swimming pool has night time lighting so you can swim day or night!

Up to 10 people can be accommodated overnight.
For couples looking to escape, the pool villa is also suitable for romantic getaways.

Food can be arranged in the villa for a reasonable price (please order 1 dan before ).

While we are open to parties and hosting small scale events, please be mindful of the property so as not to damage the interior.

The villa is located a little south of Chiang Mai city, in the natural countryside. In order to access the city, you will need to either drive or take a taxi. Uber and Grab Taxi are available, and we can arrange car/motorbike rental if you wish.

Our property manager can arrange a range of local activities such as:

*Visiting an Ethical Elephant Sanctuary, ziplining or visiting remote hilltribes.
*Playing golf at the North Hill Golf Course (only 5-10 minutes away).
