- The regular nightly rate covers 8 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.

- NO SHOES in the house.

- Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am daily.

- Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, Quiet Hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including rooftop . $500 fine per violation.

- Garage is good for Regular Sized Sedan ONLY.
One free overnight street parking permit is provided for SUV and other large vehicle parking.

- Ring doorbell and floodlight security cameras for exterior use only.

- NO PET allowed.

Guests are kindly asked to sort garbage and recyclables into the appropriate bins located on the driveway outside the garage. If you’re unsure where items go, simply leave them inside the house — our cleaning crew will handle disposal.
