This is a fantastic property for a large group. We slept 16 comfortably and could have slept more. The layout is thoughtful. The decor is nice and the furnishings are comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Great amenities and everything was in good condition. I would stay here again. Owner was very attentive and easy to contact as well.

Host was welcoming. We didn’t get to use the hot tub and that was what I was looking forward to on this trip. Due to they had to replace the water. Otherwise the stay was great and my grandchildren enjoy the fun amenities for the exception of the arcade machines. I will recommend this host and her lovely home.

We had the best stay at this beautiful home! The location next to Massanutten was absolutely perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It made getting to the slopes and activities so easy for our family.The house itself was incredible. Our teens were in heaven with the theater room, game room, and karaoke setup. There was truly something for everyone, and it made for such fun family memories. We loved having space to spread out while still being together.The owner was fantastic — quick to respond to messages and so helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was easy and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a fun and comfortable getaway!

Staying here was perfect for our 2 families that hadn't seen each other in a year. All together we had 9 people, 4 adults in there 50's and 5 young adults (ranging from 18-21). There was plenty of room for us, and we could have easily had more stay here. The rooms were very clean and the owner was great at communicating with us. She was a great hostess, and this place is also pet friendly! The house was stocked with lots of cups, plates and utensils to accommodate large families when we wanted to eat in. The game room was stocked with lots of games and a pool table that quickly became a favorite area to hang out in. We also watched a movie in the theatre room which was also so fun. Clean-up directions were one of the easiest to follow when leaving. This is one of my top favorite houses we have vacationed in over the years. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing. Everything was exactly as it was in all the pictures, they thought of everything right down to the popcorn for the popcorn maker (which was amazing). The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms spaced so you couldn't hear noise from the children while resting. Everyone had their own special place that was their fav. place. The swimming passes were a plus. Parking was not for the faint of heart. but we all managed and laugh about it now.

I was born and raised in the Bay Area (CA), but I spend a lot of time in Virginia since my partner’s family lives in Northern Virginia. We have two young toddlers who keep us very busy (and a little exhausted!), and I work as a software engineer by day.
