Evergreen est une mise en studio avec lit king size et pleine taille canapé-lit (semblable à une chambre d'hôtel, mais une unité de stand-alone). Ce chalet comprend une baignoire / douche dans la salle de bain et un petit four à micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, 48 "TVHD à écran plat avec chaînes satellite Dish et Wi-Fi est toujours gratuit.

Profitez de la, belle 10'x16 'terrasse privée avec terrasse, vues du pic de Long et des visites fréquentes de colibri!

Nous sommes idéalement situés à 2 blocs du centre-ville Estes Park au sein de marche facile des boutiques, des restaurants et de la promenade de la rivière (la rivière est parallèle à la rue principale du centre-ville). Nous sommes une courte 3, 5 mile drive à Rocky Mountain National Park.

The cabin was cute, clean and homey. Was close to shopping and restaurants. It snowed the day we came up and walkways/driveways were cleared for us. We contacted the owner prior to our stay to add a day and it was done quickly. She was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will plan another stay in these cabins.

We really enjoyed our stay at River Rock cottages. We stayed in the Evergreen cabin. It was cute and cozy. Just right for a short vacation away from home. It gave us a chance to drive through Rocky Mountain National Park, to look for the animals. We saw a couple herds of Deer and 3 groups of Elk. Since we stayed overnight we were able to see a few Elk bulls sparring with each other that evening. Thanks for having us!

Great Stay for Rocky Mountain Trip

We came for a weekend trip to do some hiking in the Rocky Mountains, was a perfect spot to lay our heads at night. Close and convenient to downtown Estes Area - would highly suggest.

Great for 2, short trip.

Was cozy, easy to check-in/out. Parking was simple (we had a truck too). Walking distance to downtown too! But not for more than 2 people unless you dont mind being extra cozy!

Rocky Mountain vacation

Great location—a short easy walk to downtown Estes Park— but far enough from downtown to be quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed chatting with Terry, relaxing in the hammock, comfortable bed, clean and updated cabin.

It's cozy and in a perfect location. Within walking distance of downtown, but couldn't hear the traffic noise. Great place to stay!

Humble Home

What a perfect little home with a 5min walk right to town. I’ve stayed in lots of places in Estes and this home is one of my favorites. Highly recommend for couple’s getaway!

A very nice small cabin that was perfect for my wife and I, VERY close (walking distance) to the shopping and food. Also just down the street from the grocery store and the Stanley Hotel. Evergreen Cottage

My husband and I stayed in the Evergreen Cottage. It was comfortable and clean. It has a nice deck on the front of the cabin. It was close to Rocky Mountain Natl Park, stores and restaurants. I would stay there again.

My husband, Terry, and I relocated to Estes Park CO from Kansas City MO in 2008 and we love it here! (and we do still miss KC BBQ and the awesome live blues bands...) We have three adult sons and two grandsons. It's been great living in a smaller town and we love walking anywhere and everywhere from our property.

Terry played baseball four years at the University of Oklahoma and continued playing for nine years professionally. He retired as a Parks Director when we moved to Estes Park and has managed our cottages (The River Rock Cottages) full time. I'm a former tech executive and retired in Feb 2015 to focus exclusively on the cottages (wahoo!)

Estes Park is a wonderful vacation area! There are so many fun activities and the mountain views are amazing. We've been here five years and I am still in awe of the beautiful mountains and the fresh, crisp mountain air.

Gorgeous 360 degree views, easy walk to downtown for shopping, dining, river walk and ice cream!

We live on-site at the back of the property which is a nice benefit for our traveler's security and immediate support when needed.
