Nice but dated

Clean, neat and well-stocked, just a bit dated. Good WiFi and cable (no ESPN). That a dog was allowed was perfect for us. Location was perfect for getting on freeway to Tucson and other places.

Casa Paloma great

I stayed for the month of March. My adult daughters visited for a week and we had plenty of room with the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The neighbors were nice and it was very quiet - great for sleeping and listening to the birds. Nicely located for the shopping and visiting attractions. I would have booked the unit again for 2024 but it was already reserved.

The property was what we expected. For the price, it accommodated our needs. We donated a new cheap coffe maker as the previous one was very rough and dirty. Also, donated a box fan! Overall good experience and price was very reasonable.

Very good but!

As you can see with my rating I would stay again. But the furniture in the television room was extremely broken down. We spent most of our time in the other room which had very comfortable furniture. I have issues with my back and could not sit for more than 30 minutes in the television room.

Good location, a pleasant place to stay

I found this condo to be exactly as advertised. It had everything I needed and was quite comfortable although the weather did not cooperate as much as I hoped. Pros: Lots of community walking available, paths, a Walgreens and some restaurants nearby. Dog Friendly, my little dog appreciated the dog door. Conveniently located, although in Green Valley you have to drive to get to most any retail or grocery store. I read previous reviews about a need for cleaning, I found the condo clean. The carpet and some bath fixtures are dated, but they were clean. Cons: More info on how to use and or pay for and get a recreation pass would have been nice. The form left on the counter was a little lacking. If I stayed longer, I would have used more community facilities. Once I received my confirmation email, I had a question, so I emailed the contact person listed. I never received a response to my email. I grill a lot and this place did not have a gas grill (none was advertised, I missed this). Overall, a good place to stay for up to four people. There is covered parking for one vehicle on site, additional parking is available just a short walk away.

Enjoyed our stay for two weeks.

We liked the home but thought it needed some deep cleaning. The carpet was very stained and dirty. I did some spot cleaning on it but it needs good carpet cleaner. The price was very good and location was perfect for us. Easy on and off the freeway

Hi Rebeca, we wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: "We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. We do try to make sure we do everything possible for our guests to have a great stay. Unfortunately we didn't notice that there was no back up supply of toilet paper like we normally leave for our guests. We will replace the towels as necessary and review the property to see where we could show more of that care that we love to provide for our guests. Thank you for your valuable feedback and we hope you otherwise able to enjoy your stay!"

Nice place, great location

Well equipped villa close to everything in Green Valley. I could walk or ride my bike for shopping and golf. The community is very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet, even though it is only 2 blocks to La Canada, the major north/south route in GV. A very pleasant 2 week stay while I waited for my GV home to close.

a spacious, light filled condo with comfortable furniture. A welcoming landlord who made sure we had everything we needed. Our small dog was welcome too had a secure patio & doggie door to reach. A very good first experience for us in Green Valley.
