Convenient location for our trip to Out of Africa near Camp Verde. Towels could stand to be upgraded they were hard to locate. Would have liked to know there would not be soap for showers. Had yo search for onsight trash bins. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed our stay.

Older condo that needs up-grading, linens and kitchen pots and pans, glassware need replacement.

Sedona area is beautiful but very commercialized. UFO and Vortex sightings are scams. Been here now, done that, not to ever return. LOL

We found the property disappointing overall.

The general cleanliness and upkeep was unsatisfactory. There was a bad smell in one of the bathrooms and the toilet in the other bathroom was borderline disgusting. A lot of the closets and drawers were full of untidy stacks of stuff and at least one of the empty drawers were dirty. The cupboard doors in the kitchen were sticky and we felt that we needed to wash the dishes before we used them. And the coffee maker, although usable, was broken. I would also suggest a little better communication - the welcome book had nothing about what to do with garbage and recycling. This is key when the rules say guests must take out the garbage. An email to the property manager asking about the recycling was not answered. I would not recommend this property.

Overall a good stay but a few concerns

We rented this property (3 couples total) for 2 nights while visiting Sedona. Pros: Clean and adequate, nice patio area, supermarket right across the street, and was reasonably priced. Cons: Furnishings in our opinion were a little tired and in need of an update, such as the kitchen table, bathroom fixtures, and a better quality master bedroom mattress. The laundry detergent bottle was completely empty. We had lights that did not work in the master bedroom area from the start including an essential light right above the sink and then the light in the laundry hallway stopped working during our stay. Yes we could have probably called the building mgr. but we were non stop busy with touring. The cleaning service that had just been in there prior should have noticed lights were not working. My biggest concern was the lack of smoke detectors in this home. There were old empty mounts on the ceilings that had no smoke detector installed. There was one working smoke detector that was sitting on the counter next to the radio. This is not acceptable in my opinion for a Homeaway rental home. How can this even be legal?

Sandra, we're glad you enjoyed your stay overall! The homeowner apologizes for the lack of smoke detectors, as they think previous guests may have removed them if the batteries were low. They have since been restored with fresh batteries for guest safety and replaced the lightbulbs that were out. There were laundry capsules provided, but the owners have also stocked liquid detergent for convenience. The owners also appreciate your suggestions and have added a new dining table. Great stay

The condo was next to the pool and that was important since we had grandchildren 6&8. It was super clean and well stocked. Clark’s grocery was across the street. The only thing that could’ve made it better was for the king bed to be in the master bedroom. Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location for all Sedona Has to Offer

This three-bedroom condo is perfectly situated for all the hikes, shopping, and dining we did while on vacation--and was even within walking distance of the wedding and reception we were attending. Loved having Clark's grocery store and Firecreek Coffee shop just a block away! The Grand Canyon was just over a two-hour drive (one hour to Williams, AZ, on route 66 where we stopped for breakfast at the Pine Country Restaurant). Downtown Sedona and Tlaquepaque Village are only a 15 minutes drive, and there are many great hiking trails to explore between the condo and Sedona. The condo itself was very clean, quiet, and well-stocked with linens and kitchenware/supplies, and the beds were very comfortable. It could use maybe one more easy chair; there were six adults staying there and living room seating was limited to the one couch and chair. The owner maintained great communication before and during our stay. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful, with one woman offering to jumpstart our rental car when it died.

This property is conveniently located across from a grocery store and close to many amenities. It is a short and fantastic drive to downtown Sedona. The owner was very kind and communicated a plumbing issue being addressed that he hoped would not inconvenience us. It was no inconvenience at all and the gentleman who came to do the work was also very friendly and kind. We were so extremely happy with our experience and the accommodations! Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend! Amazing spot!

This rental is absolutely terrific. We had a fantastic time! Will definitely be back. It is exactly as advertised, was SUPER clean, had everything we needed like a full kitchen - plus more. There were even a few extras we weren't expecting - like Netflix on the TV's, a washer dryer, and seriously some of the softest bath towels. Nicely decorated, plenty of space, and very comfy beds. One of the best parts was that it was RIGHT next to a whole shopping/restaurant complex with food options and there is a grocery store across the street too. It is a good 20 mins into the heart of Sedona but it's a nice easy drive. You won't regret booking this place! The owner was very responsive to my questions and very accommodating.

It does have one king and one queen bed, as well as a bunk bed system with two large beds (each suitable for two kids) and a third bed. Thus for a family with kids, it could be for 9 but for adults only we would not recommend more than 7. Regarding the smell you claim, we will certainly check that as no one has mentioned that before and make sure to fully correct if valid. Very pleasant stay

We were five guys 55+ out for mountain biking. We had a very pleasant stay. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. There were some reviews before our stay indicating towels, linens and general cleanliness were not up to standard. These appear to have been corrected as we had no issues. Neil & Belinda were very responsive to all of our questions. Including trying to figure out how to turn up the volume on the TV. Poor eye sight didn't see the "VOL" on the remote to push up or down to adjust volume, too funny!! Would come back again

Perfect Location!

This condo is the perfect location! It is about 15 min outside of downtown Sedona which was great because you weren't always stuck with the masses. We are not real picky travelers so the unit is clean and spacious but some might find it a little dated?? The third bedroom really could use a fan as it got a little stuffy at night, and we couldn't figure out the volume on the TV when trying to watch netflix movies (I am sure that was user error) lol, but overall we were really happy with our stay. The unit is on the lower level and close to the pool. There are great restaurants right around the unit and a grocery store right across the street. Check in was done prior to our arrival so it was no hassle! I would not hesitate to recommend this unit for the price and location!! Thanks Neil!

Great vacation spot near Sedona

A neat, clean and comfortable condo about 20 min from Sedona. It was a convenient location, with everything you need near by. So many hiking and sight seeing locations within a short drive, and up town Sedona is about 20min drive up a gorgeous scenic route. Condo has all the essentials, is clean and has a view of red rock mountains. At night you can star gaze and see a sky filled with starts much better than in Sedona. We arrived there very late at night, and it was a little difficult to find the condo, but it’s actually fairly simple once you see the building letter. The pool was closed the first day of arrival, but it was filled the next day. We had so many things planned, the pool was not a priority, so it did not affect our stay. The condo is about 1hr 50min drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, and it’s abour an hour from Prescott. My family enjoyed the stay very much, and would definitely recommend it.

The rental was clean and very few issues.

The rental was clean and for the most part in good repair. A couple issues with the pass to parks missing and the pool was closed but not the owners fault and they were quick to make it right. Overall I would stay again.
