We enjoyed our stay at the unit.The unit is clean but worn.Nonetheless, there are some issues.When we arrived there was not enough toilet paper, paper towels, hangers, blankets, soap for dishwasher for the full length of our stay. There was no place to hang damp towels in the bathroom.While the list of advertised amenities includes laundry, this actually refers to a laundromat across the street and not in the unit.Though the unit is on the first floor, be prepared to carry luggage up about ten steps. The parking spot is relatively small and will not accommodate a van or SUV. We used street parking the entire time.The garbage bins for the building are locked. We needed to leave our garbage bags beside the large bins.There is insufficient electricity in the kitchen to make hot water or coffee while accessing the Internet. (I always travel with a power strip and an extension cord.)

Needs some tlc and upgrades ...such as towel hooks or hangers in bathrooms, tvs in bedrooms, a microwave, screens on all windows, filters and fan vents need cleaning or replacing. Parking was difficult due to stall being blocked. Garbage disposal not working and sink clogged - backed up, shower leaked hot water and would not turn off all the way. Street filled with Garbage due to 7/11 nearby. No dressers in Bedrooms. Load neighbors with dogs barking and screaming kids.

While the apartment was spacious, some interiors were in poor conditions. Furthermore, the assigned parking was completely inaccessible. We had to street park.

Super spacious apartment that is comfortable and provides enough space for big groups or families. The kitchen is equipt with all the items needed to cook or eat there. There is no microwave and that would be my only recommended addition to the place. The booking states you have a parking spot but I believe it was a neighbor who parked a big truck in the small parking lot that made it hard to squeeze into the spot. The area does have street parking just be aware of the signs for time limits and permit parking. The actual address for the apartment is not the one listed in the Vrbo booking, which was a bit of a disappointment. I did not have any issues with the neighborhood though, everyone keeps to themselves. The location is central to plenty of sightseeing attractions. I would recommend the place for adults or families with older teens. They also had plenty of extra pillows in the closet and towels which is great! I was able to communicate with David easily and he was quick to respond. Overall I would book again but probably not with younger kids, I would do a friends or cousins trip and stay here. The recommendation for an air purifier is to get rid of lingering smells in the apartment from previous tenants.

The best thing I can say is the beds were comfortable. The Master had no bath in it. The reserved parking was taken by someone and the owners did not contact us back until the next day when we texted as we were told. We struggled to find street parking. I specifically do not book rentals that do not have reserved parking. The freezer did not have an ice maker or even ice trays to make ice. No space in the bathrooms to get ready and no mirrors in the bedrooms to help with the space issue in the baths. We did not find an ironing board. We had to iron on the table with a towel under the iron. I think most things are fixable but it just felt like the place wasn’t truly ready to be rented out just yet.
