I had a very pleasant extended stay at this clean, modern, pet-friendly apartment. The rooms are just as pictured and very comfortable. Hot running water with a nice pressure in an extra large shower. The washing machine and dryer were much appreciated as was the air conditioning. Street parking was not a problem and the neighborhood was convenient to all parts of Puerto Vallarta including Zona Romantica. There were several house-front eateries where locals cook authentic Mexican cuisine at decent prices. Larry and his lovely wife Esmeralda were excellent hosts. Larry was super responsive to every need that I had and followed up immediately with any request. He went above and beyond and was the best host I've ever run across in all of my travels. He made my stay very welcoming and memorable. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing and did not match the way the property was advertised.The listing described the property as tranquil, but throughout our stay there was ongoing construction and frequent noise, including weekday and weekend activity. The constant noise caused significant stress and headaches, and there was no consistent quiet period—even on weekends.The unpredictability added to the frustration. On some mornings we were woken by messages asking if construction could begin, and when returning to the apartment in the late afternoon, construction was often already in progress. We repeatedly had to contact the host to request that the noise stop.Cleanliness was also an issue. The apartment was dusty upon arrival and had not been properly cleaned. Cleaning supplies and basic household items also had to be requested.Several advertised amenities were not functional:* The washing machine leaked* A dryer was advertised but not available in the unit* The balcony was consistently dirty due to construction debrisOn February 2nd, we woke to maggots emerging from gaps beneath the floor tiles. The issue did not originate from trash or food waste, and we documented it with video evidence. After this, the situation became untenable.We cancelled the remainder of our stay, opened a case with Vrbo, and relocated. This property did not provide the peaceful experience that was represented. We are sharing this review so guests can make an informed decision.

Unfortunately you forgot to mention that you guys damaged the front door due to your anger, I submitted photos to vrbo to make a claim. You are at the age of being honest and not make up stories because your partner has mental issues. Your maggots came out of your garbage bags and not from the tile, google the photos before make any statements. And you forgot to mention how many times I gave you guys a rides, daily basis all over the city, but who remember this Kevin? Right! I will make sure other hosts will know how problematic you guys are and be aware of manny mental problems. Wishing you the best.

I was very pleased to be in the apartment for 3 weeks . The washer and dryer and the 4th floor rooftop patio were the most appreciated on my list . My roommate favored the kitchen and the fact that every room has an air conditioner. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood- taxi stand and bus stop within a very short walk . The landlord speaks fluent English and is the Best ! Larry was always available to help with directions - suggestions and just an overall good guy. Gerry and I would definitely stay there again.
