Condominio Lisboa is a property managed by Grupo ALPE, which offers its guests a unique experience just 5 minutes from the Malecon in Puerto Vallarta. The building has 12 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 3 with one!

On the rooftop is our living area that has lounge chairs, a pool, all with an unbeatable view of the mountains and the best sunsets in the bay.

Puerto Vallarta is considered the friendliest city in the world for its hospitality. At Condominio Lisboa we know this and that is why we do everything possible so that you spend unforgettable days

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, bar and kitchen. You can also enjoy the pool on the rooftop and watch incredible sunsets that this beautiful port offers. Access to the condominium is controlled, so security is excellent and the location is unbeatable.

All spaces have broadband WiFi, we offer you hygiene amenities such as biodegradable shampoo and soap, thus supporting the care of the environment.

It is important that you know that all our rooms and common areas are cleaned with biodegradable products, sanitized and disinfected on a recurring basis by trained personnel and with products for professional use, in addition to having the necessary health measures. For Grupo ALPE the most important thing is your health and that of our collaborators.

- If you need an iron, baby cot or any special item, we ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance and we will do everything possible to have it ready for your arrival.

- Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM

- Check-in from 3:00pm.
- Check-out before 11:00am.
- Smoking is not allowed in enclosed areas or corridors of the building. If the staff notices cigarette odor, burns on the linens, or cigarette butts on the floor there will be a penalty of $1,500.00 MXN for the sanitation and deodorization of the property.
- Allowed 1 small breed dog, the cost is $250 per night. Policy and rule applies to service dog.
- NO music or drinks are allowed in the pool.
- Visitors are not allowed per building rules.
- Quiet hours between 9:00pm and 10:00am.
- We kindly ask you to make responsible use of the air conditioning.
- Any damage related to the property (linens, appliances, furniture, walls, pool, etc.) will be subject to a repair cost penalty.
-Due to weather conditions in Puerto Vallarta, power outages may occasionally occur. These are usually brief and service is restored quickly. We appreciate your understanding

The air conditioning worked well..I didn’t like to use it at night because the colder air was blowing on me, but I husband was ok with that.There are many good coffee shops and restaurants near by.I particularly liked Emma’s sourdough bakery and Pankesito bake shop.

Amazing place to stay. Wonderful staff who are very kind. Close to groceries and the beach. Nice pool if people arnt hogging it all day and night. Air conditioning works great. 10/10 would stay again.

I gave this property 1 star, only because it wouldn't allow me to give zero stars. When we arrived, we found the door frame holding the entrance door was loose and unsafe. They had a piece of cardboard stuffed in between the frame and wall to try and stabilize it. Both bathrooms were terrible. You could see mold on both floors along with an area of the shower floor they patched with mismatched tile. It was poorly done. The fan in the master ensuite was never cleaned. It looked plugged and dark brown with dust. There was a large stain on the ceiling over the master bed. No mattress cover on the king bed - there was stains on the mattress (maybe from body sweat). The photos do not accurately represent the apartment. We refused to stay.
