By booking, you agree: request approval for dogs (if pet-friendly) before booking; no cats allowed; guest count must not exceed occupancy; all house rules will be followed; primary guest(s) must be 40+. Non-compliance may result in cancellation or charges. No Smoking or Vaping on Premises ($200 to $500 penalty charged if house rule is ignored) Cats not allowed ($500 to $1,000 penalty charged if house rule is ignored) Dogs Friendly (less than 30pds), non-shedding, limit to one at a time. If there is excessive amount of hair, an additional fee of $200 will be taken from the Security Deposit to cover for a deep cleaning.
