We appreciate the feedback, although we respectfully disagree with the overall characterization of our property. Our home is a beach rental, and we make every effort to accurately describe the accommodations and amenities in our listing so guests know what to expect before booking. As previously disclosed, linens and personal bedding items are not provided. The absence of bedspreads and other bedding items should be considered in that context. Regarding the furniture, comfort is subjective, and guests naturally have different preferences. We do our best to furnish the home with practical accommodations suitable for a beach vacation. Beach access is also accurately represented by the property's location and surrounding natural dunes, which are part of the coastal environment. We do appreciate the acknowledgment that we responded immediately to the toilet issue. Providing prompt attention to maintenance concerns and taking care of our guests are priorities for us. We welcome constructive feedback and continually look for ways to improve our guests' experience. However, we believe prospective guests should evaluate the property based on its actual description, location, amenities, and clearly disclosed rental policies rather than expectations that may differ from what was advertised.

We are sorry that this guest did not enjoy her stay, but we believe her review presents an unfair and misleading picture of our property. Our listing clearly discloses that linens, towels, blankets, and other personal bedding items are not provided. This policy is stated in the property description so guests can make an informed decision before booking. It is not a hidden condition or something that should come as a surprise after arrival. We also made an accommodation by providing additional pillows since the guests were traveling from Florida. We take the condition and maintenance of our home seriously and disagree with the characterization that the property has been neglected or is generally unmaintained. A beach rental is not represented as a luxury hotel, but we make every effort to provide a comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience. We also want to clarify that the listing describes a jetted bathtub in the master bathroom, not a separate outdoor hot tub. Guests should review the property amenities and description carefully to understand exactly what is being offered. We welcome constructive feedback and are always willing to address legitimate maintenance concerns. However, we feel it is important for prospective guests to understand that the absence of linens is a clearly disclosed rental policy, not a property deficiency.
